Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as shown on page No 176 to 183 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II compete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

2nd class hardwood (Sal) plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

WPC Double prelam door Frame (Chowkhat) of size 120mm x 50mm with a wall thickness of 5mm (+0.25mm), made out of extruded 5mm (+0.25) mm thick PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg/ cum manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company and by joinng 3 Nos heat moulded PVC sections. The high section of size 35x35 mm shall be made from plain colour PVC sheet of 5mm (+0.25mm) thickness. The inside section will be covered with 5mm thick PVC sheet 'C' shape covering section of size 120mm x 50mm. At centretop position 5mm (+0.25mm) thick 50x50x50mm rebate secion should be pasted with solvant cement adhesive to make double rebate of frame. The frame shall be mitre cut at two corners & joined with 4 Nos of 150mm long 'L' brackets of 19 x19 mm M.S Sq, Tube or fusion heat welding process. The two vertical door frames are to be reinforced with 25x25 mm M.S. Sq tube of 19 gauge throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/ 100mm fischer screws. A minimum of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufactrurs specification & direction of Engr-in-charge.

WPC Door - Solid Core consisting of soliid core single leaf Flush door of 25mm thickness, lipped with 15mm (5mm x 3) thick x 30 mm width on one stiles and top rails & 10 mm ( 5 mmx2) thick x30 mm width on the other stiles & bottom rails. The inner panel laminated with 2mm whick termite proof, water proof & fire resistant moulded PVC sheet with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design in diffferent plain &/or prelam colors on one side after routing the moulded design on flush door & 2mm plain and / or prelam PVC sheet on other side using rubber based adhesive on flush door & solvent cement adhesive on the lipping etc complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturers specification and drawing.

35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood (Sal/Hollock) glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of door shutters as specified in SSR- 2009 Part-I Section 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

35mm thick Factory made, Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on one side and one side covered with decorative face veneers with lipping/ frame to match , supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made fully glazed solid panel PVC window/vent shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Note : Size,Shade and colour of tiles shall be approved by GE.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300 mm x 7 mm/350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm / 1200x600x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Size,Shade and Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

16-18mm thick Green marble work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick screed base in cement mortar 1:6 over and complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone 16-18 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified. Note: Kota stone on treads and risers shall be fixed in one piece only. No joints shall be provided.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles , homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (5mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Water proofing treatment over terrace & sunken portion of toilet using SHALIURETHANE- BTD OF STP MAKE OR EQUIVALENT as approved by GE, high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrane as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the membrane shall be 1.5mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50%, laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50, 50 gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.4 kg per sqm and surface preparation complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm including 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
