Material & labour for Plain Cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cutting holes for area not exceeding 150 sqcm and depth 10 cm into or through brick walls/stone walls built in mud mortar or cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stones or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 200 mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in path/hardstanding, finish fair and even including finishing surfaces by brooming complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints by full length diamond cutter, 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade B complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for forming construction joints by full length diamond cutter, 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade B complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for MS hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for MS flat iron 50x6 mm for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for Mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 5 to 10 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing, made of GI wire dia not less than 3.15 mm, having 100mm x 100mm mesh size including line wire, bending, binding etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre in depth but not exceeding 3.00 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), including finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork of walls including finished even and smooth using extra cement complete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound, on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork of walls complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparaton of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, noulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc, washing, and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white lime wash including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of concrete surfaces or stone patti on ceiling including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white lime wash including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for RCC design mix M:25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for formwork (Flat rough finished surface of concrete) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed by the Enginee- in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panels not exceeding 3 m long and joints shall be filled with the mixture of bitumen and sand in 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement including finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 25 mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe for 150 mm dia and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore, in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggegate) including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for 50 mm thick sand stone slabs in manholes/drains/trap cover stone etc, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
