AHU AND ASSOCIATED WORKS, PIPING WORKS, DUCTING WORKS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of insulated double skinned (43±2 mm) cabinet type horizontal floor mounted Air handling units of minimum capacity 60TR, total dehumidified 25400 CFM, 50 mm WC of external static pressure, the air handling unit shall have pre-filter section with 10 micron rating filter (EU4), 6 row deep chilled water cooling coil of copper tubes with aluminium fins, fine filter section with 5 micron rating filter (EU5), blower section with DIDW backward curved centrifugal blower with IE3 efficiency and VFD compatible TEFC motor, drive set, 304 grade stainless steel drain pan of 18G with 13 mm nitrile rubber insulation, including all accessories, control with all required control cable including control cable from electrical panel to AHU for limit switch/light, etc, inspection door for filter, coil, blower, etc., all as specified and/or directed etc., complete. Note:1) The capacity indicated above is for reference only, the contractor shall design and indicate the actual size, if higher size units are required. 2) The rate to be quoted for the AHU shall be including the cost of MS frame/ brackets/ padestal /supports and required control cable for AHU.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 36 kW finned type electric strip air heaters in four banks (9 KW in each bank) complete with thermostat, humidistat, safety thermostats, air stat, required control cable from electrical panel to heater bank complete with fixing frame etc.,. all as specified and/or directed etc., complete.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Pan Humidifier made of stainless steel sheet of minimum 2 mm thick with steam generation capacity not less than 5 kg/hr and heater capacity not less than 3 KW complete with steam outlet nozzle, immersion heaters, low level cut out, humidistat, saftey stat, float valve, sight glass, required control cable from electrical panel to humidifier, ball valve for drain connection etc., including GI pipes ( as applicable) all as specified and/or directed etc.,complete. Note: The rate to be quoted for the Pan Humidifier shall be including the cost of MS frame/ brackets/ padestal /supports.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of MS pipes of Ø100 mm, Heavy Grade (Class-C) as per IS 1239 for chilled water pipeline with 32 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation including providing 0.63 mm aluminium sheet cladding over insulation with necessary fittings, PUF / Neoprene saddle, all welded/ flanged joints all as specified and/ or directed etc. complete. NOTE: 1) The rate to be quoted for the pipes shall be excluding the cost of steel, masonry/ cement concrete supports provided for the pipes and the same will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item of SOQR.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Butterfly valve of Ø100 mm with CI body, SS Disc, PN 16 rating, nitrile rubber seal & O-ring, wafer type with insulation, flanges, fittings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, washer all as specified and/ or directed etc. complete. Note: The butterfly valve to be provided in the chilled water inlet & outlet pipe of chiller and chilled water pump.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Ø100 mm Y - STRAINER of Ductile CI Body flanged ends with stainless steel strainer, insulation, flanges, fittings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, washer all as specified and/ or directed etc. complete.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 100 mm size 3 way motorised modulating valves with thermostat to be fitted in the outlet of cooling water coil, communication/ control cabling all as specified and/or directed etc., complete. Note: This valves are required for AHU return lines.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ø100 mm electronic, self-balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve with integrated 2 way modulating control valve in a single body with PN 16 pressure rating including actuator, thermostat, control including required control cable from electrical panel to modulating valve, insulation, flanges, fittings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, washer all as specified and/ or directed etc. complete. The actuator shall be capable of accepting upto 10V DC and upto 20 mA electric signal and shall provide similar transduced feedback output to control system. Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 Bar for upto 50 mm valves and 7 Bar for 65 mm & above.

Providing and laying of cPVC (SDR11) pipes of 40 mm dia, with 9 mm thick elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation with factory laminated glasscloth for condensate water drain from the AHU to nearest drain point, fittings, support including core cutting in brick/ concrete wall as required and making surface good etc. complete

Providing and fixing 4" dial type temperature guage of range 0-50 0C at the inlet and outlet of AHUs complete with necessary fittings,isolative valves all as specified and/or directed etc complete

Linking the proposed 100mm size of chilled water pipes (both supply and return lines of all the 4 nos of AHUs) for AHUs to the existing chilled water pipeline including the works such as necessary draining out the water, cutting ,grinding, welding exisiting/ proposed pipes, providing insulation for the disturbed existing chilled water pipes etc all as specified and/or directed etc., complete Note: The additional length of pipes and fittings along with insulation provided for connecting the pipes, if any will be measured and paid under the relevant item of SOQR.

Supply,erection testing and commissioning of volume control dampers (VCD) for ducts made of GI sheet of thickness not less than 18 G including fittings, gaskets, nuts, bolts etc.,all as specified and / or directed etc., complete

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of combined fire and smoke damper to be fitted at the supply air duct and return air duct/ path wall openings (inside wall). These dampers shall be made from GI sheet in multi blade construction. The dampers shall be provided with seal on sides to prevent spread of smoke and fire. Testing of fire damper shall be as per UL 555 and certified by CBRI. all as specified and/or directed etc., complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of control instruments and sensors required for Combined fire and smoke damper including actuators, temperature sensor and duct mounted smoke sensor and auxiliary switch with all the necessary accessories for fire & smoke damper (item no. 25 of SOQR) , control including required control cable from panel to the fire damper all as specified and/or directed etc., complete. Note: 1) The item shall be complete with in-built temperature sensor and duct mounted smoke sensor and auxiliary switch to close the dampers simultaneously. 2) The components provided under this item shall be such that the dampers also actuate in response to signal from central fire alarm system which shall trip the indoor unit along with closing the damper. 3) The cabling from the central fire alarm system upto the combined fire and smoke damper will be provided by the fire alarm system contractor. 4) The damper will be measured and paid under the relevant item of SOQR.

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of fresh/ exhaust air louvers made of extruded aluminium with bird/ insect screen including volume control damper made of aluminium. Note : The lowest louvers of the assembly shall extend out slightly to facilitate disposal of rain water without falling on the door/ wall on which it is mounted all as specified and/or directed etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in Front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of duly wired 415Volts, 50Hz, 3phase, 4wire electrical AHU PANEL having I/C & O/G feeders, instrumentation metering, protection system, aluminium busbars, Type 1+2 SPD & other components completely as per single line diagram and as per detailed technical specifications. The panel shall be of modular type, floor mounting, free standing, vermin proof, IP-42 grade, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 1.6mm thickness for body & 2mm for load bearing points, powder coated painting, fuseless type confirming to relevent IS standards. The panel shall have microprocessor based MCCB with shunt trip for incomer, Thermal magnetic based MCCBs for out going feeders, VFD with By-pass (with inbuilt single phase preventer) arrangement for AHU blower feeder, contactors, MCBs etc. as per SLD. The work includes providing required fixing accessories such as grouting bolt-nuts, welding, coupling of laid conduits/ cables and associated civil works complete as directed by EIC. The Panel should confirm to IS 8623. Note:- Please refer drawing No. 9815 2 06413 06 and DTS for Panel details, GA drawing is to be approved from the EIC before commencement of panel fabrication.

Excavation of earth pit for GI/ Copper plate earthing up to depth 3 meter, required width and breath in ordinary soil manually, refilling of pit, spreading of extra soil around the pit, watering etc. as directed by EIC.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in normal soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Cutting/Breaking of concrete road/flooring to a required width and depth suitable by machine/manually for laying of pipe/cable. The work includes refilling of excavated earth after the pipes/cables have been laid, laying of available stone , borders, watering, ramming and providing of 150mm thickness1:2:4 cement concrete( PCC).The surface shall be rough plastered suitable for movement of vehicles and required curing to be done. Removed debries shall be cleared from the site immediately as directed. (Note: earth excavation and refilling below stone borders shall be measured and paid separately)

Releasing of 20/25/32 mm dia Conduits on surface /concealed /wall /ceiling, along with electrical wires or cables or trays of all size with accessories etc. sorting & returning the same to stores as directed by EIC

Releasing of all type of Electrical panel including disconnection of power supply, removing of incomming and outgoing cables, switchgears, dismentaling of concrete base/plinth/MS stand, transportion of same to the store/ other location as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling works

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling and shifting of existing AHUs with associated piping, valves, fittings, ducts, insulations, dampers, heaters banks etc. including electrical panels, associated cables for above mentioned AHUs and shifting outside building premises and loading, transporting, unloading to approved scrap yard ground inside factory premises, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-chargeshifting outside building premises to the as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge
