Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Supply of precast cement conc. poles of size 100mmx75mmx1800mm (including all Mechanical/Manual Transport/leads)

Erecting/fixing c.conc. Poles in position with lifting to site

Fencing with P.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, , last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with 5 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 meters (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used.
