The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act/ Limited Liability Partnership act and should have been in operation for a period of at least 5 years as on bid submission date (Consortium and joint ventures formed for the purpose of this project are not eligible to bid for this project. Trusts and societies are also not eligible to bid for this project)
The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy.
The annual turnover of the Bidder during each of the last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) shall not be less than Rs. 12 Crores
The bidder should have a positive net worth for the last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
The Bidder should have one office in Bengaluru with 24/7 helpdesk support and availability of technical support team.
The Proposed OEM product should have 24/7 TAC support in India
The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Government of India or any state government or any of its agencies for any reasons whatsoever and the bidder should not have been blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices as on last date of bidding for this tender.
The bidder should have executed single order of Rs 3.5 crores for supply & implementation/support of Micro-Segmentation Solution during last 5 years as on bid submission date to any SDC/State Govt Department/GOI Department/Central or State PSU/ BFSI.The proposed Micro-Segmentation OEM product should have supplied and implemented On-Premises Solution for any 3 clients of State/Central Govt organisations/PSU/BFSI over the last 5 years as on bid submission date.
Bidder shall have valid ISO 27001 certificate.

The signatory for this RFP must be authorized by Board Resolution or Power of Attorney issued by Head of the Organization/Director
