"Consultancy Service for preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) including Land Acquistion for Construction of Bandikui By Pass Nandera SH-78 to Anantwada, Bhandeda Border Delhi Mumbai Express way to Kanch Ki Dhani SH-25 (Sikandra Alwar Megha Highway) upto Peechupada approximate Length 8.000 Km (Project Cost Rs. 2500.00 Lacs)" including Topographical and surveying with total station and suggesting best suitable Techno economic route/alignment, from three alternate routes preparation of L-section and cross section, to pursue and provide assistance for land acquisition process from beginning to end, preparation of DPR, landscaping, getting all necessary approvals and clearances from local authorities, to conduct all exploratory and investigative experiments required in designing of project aspects, structural design duly Proof Checked by any IITs/NITs / any other Govt. Engineering College, providing drawings in both hard and soft copies during each stage of project and finally submitting as built drawings at the completion stage complete as per requirements, guideline, scope of work (enclosed) and providing services for any other work deemed necessary for the completion of the project by Engineer-in-charge as per his directions. The quoted rate shall include all applicable taxes. (Estimated cost of the project is approx. Rs. 20.00 Lacs for approx. length 8.000 km).

Note: - Consolidated fee (in amount) for complete Architectural consultancy as per scope of work (irrespective of final cost of project) should be quoted. The rates quoted should be inclusive of GST and all other Taxes etc.

Note :- 1 The financial evaluation shall be based on the above Financial Proposal. 2 No escalation on any account will be payable on the above amounts. 3 All other charges not shown here and all insurance premiums etc. shall be considered included in the rate. 4 All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian laws withholding taxes if any
