Providing and fixing bright finished brass butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete:125x85x5.5 mm (heavy type)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete:250x10 mm

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts, bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately). 19mm thick composite coir board with approved brand.

Providing and fixing teak veneer on the 19 mm thick composite coir board one side conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws on unexposed surface with teak veneer facings of approved manufacture (Composite Coir Board to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing composite coir board 19 mm thick of approved brand jointed in dovetail pattern with necessary teak wood reapers and and teak wood plugs as per drawing /as specified by the Architect/Engineer-in-charge .Rate shall include cost of fixing into the masonry/concrete wall with necessary screws,cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,lead,lift etc complete at all levels (Cost of teak wood reaper shall be paid extra) & Internal Partitions(19mm+125mm+19mm)

Providing ink jet high quality printout in black & white/colour of texts, photographs etc on glossy paper 1200 DPI (HP or equivalent) with laminated matt finish to be fixed on marine plywood (6mm thickness) as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge at all levels.(Plywood will be paid separately)

Painting board surfaces with ready mix plastic emulsion paint of approved quality two or more coats including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing the Roller blind system of Hunter Douglas make or equivalent ,consisting of 38mm OD extruded out of Aluminium alloy 6063 T6 with silver anodized to provide aneverlasting finish and luster, the rotary unit shall be 36mm in OD incorporating a clutch mechanism composed of low & flexing braided polyster cord with nylon core, Control Ball chain shall be composed of braided nylon cord (2mm dia) with high engineering grade plastic beads of 4.5mm diameter mounted co-axially on the cord with a pitch of 6.2mm (C-T-C) Bottom rail should be powder coated steel with 12mm OD with 180 gm to finish it from the will be at the tube. The return end cap bracket shall incorporate snap spring design to facilitate easy installation and removal for maintenance activities. The bracket shall be finished with a flush mounting cover on each side providing an aesthetic finish. It should handle up to 6 Kgs of material. The clutch should mount flush to the face of the bracket which minimize the light gap between the shade and the window frame. Rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials to site,labour charges etc. Sample to be got approved by the Architect.(Blind Specification-Composition Polyster 22% PVC 78%, Thickness 0.68mm, UV Resistance Min 3, Enivronment- Free of Harmful Substances, Openess Factor 5%, Pattern Twill (Shade-optima /linen -linen)

Extra for cutting and making holes on the coir board lining/partition for fixing TV, Speaker, etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Applying sealer compound after Preparing the surface/cracks with suitable wooden fillets after cleaning and smoothing the surface and grooves with special chisel/tools applying 1 or more coat of wooden filler diluted in special thinner.Entire surface will be sand papering smooth manually without disturbing the wooden carving details.Then Apply second coat of wooden filler and sand papering smoothly.Then the entire surface will be applied with two or more coat of sealer compound
