7. The bidder shall be deemed to have allowed in his price for provision, maintenance and

final removal of all temporary works of whatsoever nature required for construction

including temporary bunds, dewatering, diverting water, pumping, providing civil

foundation, required civil modification, rectification, finishing work etc. to complete the

Electro-Mechanical works. The rates shall also be deemed to include any works and

setting out that may be required to be carried out for the same.

8. Where there is a discrepancy between the unit rates and the amount entered in the

Specifications and other sections of these bid documents and these documents are to be

taken as mutually explanatory of one another.

10. The process requires that bidders shall quote his firm and fix Percentage (%) above/below for

total entire work O & M cost. Such percentage (%) shall remain firm and fix during the entire

Period of performance of the contract and there is no clause permitting price Escalation. O &

M cost will be quote in Percentage (%) of Schedule A will be considered for financial

evaluation of bid.

11. The bidder shall interpret the data furnished and carry out any additional study, investigation

or planning required to execute the work shall be at his own cost.

12. The prices quoted shall also include the cost of testing and materials utilized for testing.

13. The bidder should acquaint himself with the site conditions including the access to Worksite.

The successful bidder shall have to make suitable access to worksites at his own cost. These

accesses will be used by the other contractors working for RMC.

The contractor shall have to avail P.F & E.S.I as per the applicable laws of Government. The

required documents shall have to be submitted by the contractor to the competent authority

14. The quoted rates Exclusive of GST while any other the Taxes are inclusive. All the rates shall

be submitted online only and shall be entered in figures and in words. Payment of GST shall

be paid extra to Agency as per prevailing Rate.

15. RMC will not consider any statutory variation as well as the price rise in the market and if

any, those shall be on account of contractor.

16. The work contract tax will be borne by the agency.

17. During O&M period, RMC will provide sewage, electric power and fuel for DG set only

however it is the responsibility of contractor to collect the fuel from fuel pump and all the

necessary arrangements required for the same in account of contractor.

18. The Contractor shall employ all the required staff as mentioned in tender however before that

contractor has to optimize this requirement considering the availability of sewage and plant

condition with RMC official and must be approved staff optimization by RMC within 07 days of

award of the contract, otherwise payment will not be made. In such case for excessive staff

member, the commencement of the Contract Period and payment thereof shall be reckoned

only from the date of employment.

 O&M cost shall inclusive of cost for supply of manpower, repairs and maintenance of all units, spares, consumables, services of any expert as Required,

disposal of screening/grit/sludge/etc. as applicable, and any other work required for smooth operation and maintenance of entire facility.

 Only Raw Sewage & Power & Diesel for DG set shall be supplied by employer.
