Name of the Work :- Construction of CC Road from Komanapalli PR Road to Triveni Sangamam(via) Durgamma Temple of Lanka of Gedellanka in Gedellanka (V) of Mummidivaram(M) ; Est cost - 75.00 lakhs Road Portion Construction of improved subgrade by providing selected earth having minimum CBR of 10%, MDD not less than 1.85 g/cc with LL & PI not more than 40% and 20 respectively and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, and compacted at OMC with vibratory roller 80-100 kN to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with as per Technical Specification Clause 303 MORD / 305 MORTH, by using machinery including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Construction of sub grade/sub base/surface course with local materials(with quarry rubbish)(Table 400.3) by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place methos with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Construction of Shoulders by providing selected earth having minimum CBR of 10%, MDD not less than 1.85 g/cc with LL & PI not more than 40% and 20 respectively and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, and compacted at OMC with vibratory roller 80-100 kN to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with as per Technical Specification Clause 303 & 407 MORD, by using machinery including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm and cement content in the mix to be 350 kg /cum (Ordinary portland cement ) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer bitumenous sealant, admixers as adopted, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, hire charges of machinaries etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge for CC pavement inlcuding contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc.complete for finished item of work for 170mm thcik 3.25m spacing

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M 30 (Design Mix) grade using 20 & 10mm metal (HBG) mechanically mixed excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800 and 1206.3 MORD and 2702 MORTH ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete-

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 MORD / 1600 MORTH, for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST etc., complete

Pavement markings with hot line applied Thermo plastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflecting glass beads at 250 gms/sqm, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads for providing centerline marking 300 cms length and 10cm width with a gap of 450 cms including cost and convenyace of all materials equipment machinary and labour with all leads and lifts loading and unloading charges necessary for sucessful completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS 164 - 1981 (1st revison reaffirmed in 1986) and clause 803 of MOST specification for roads and bridge works and also confirming to IRC 35 -1997 including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, over head charges & Contractors Profit but excluding GST and seigniorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
