Sheet, joints mitred and welded and grinded finish profi required size with 15x3mm lugs 10cm long embedded in ce concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with b nuts as required including fixing of necessary butt hinges and and applying a priming coat of approved steel primers.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. 125 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) necessary screws etc. 200x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Excavation in cutting in soil by mannual means with lead upto 60m for excavation in soad way in soil using mannual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment at site with lead upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50m as per technical specification.

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).
