Supply & Installation of All in One Integrated Dimmable Solar Street Light of not more than 20 W (including all losses) with not less than 3000 lumens in single piece pressure dia-cast Aluminium /standard alloy housing suitable for Indian climate outdoor application with minimum of IP65 & IK08 protection and polycarbonate lense to achieve the desired lux level along with the following accessories and features. a) The Solar panel module shall be with 12V and minimum 24 AH rating, 40Watts (Approx.) Peak capacity, Mono - Crysteline with minimum solar effeciency 14%. certificate of testing conforming to applicable latest standards and guidelines of MNRE/IEC/BIS. b) The system shall use long life maintenance Free Lithium ferro Phosphate(LiFePO4) battery 12.8V and approx. 256 Wh capacity for autonomy of minimum 24hrs in fully charge condition with BIS Certification. c) The luminaire shall use highly efficient microcontroller based integrated MPPT charge controller, both charger and driver to be on same board with more than 90% efficiency for both charger and driver. d) The luminaire shall be with smart self diagnosis feature with LED indicators for solar charging and low battery and feature of automatic Dusk to dawn operation. Switch for ON/OFF shall be provided in luminaire. e) The luminair shall have inbuilt PIR Motion Sensor for dimming & brightness with minimum range of 5 Mtrs along with feature of working 30% efficiency when no vicinity movement and 100% while detected movement including group monitoring system for approximately 40 Nos solar street light pole through SIM based Wireless Remote Monitoring Unit and Controlling System by 4G/5G Network system for monitoring health condition through an IOs/Android App based mobile and Microsoft base laptop or dekstop application including providing required RMU & accessories etc. as required (Excluding 4G/5G Sim). f) The span of the street light shall be not less than 22 metre with 5 Lux approx. level while full glowing of LED light. g) LED burning hours to be 50000 Hrs at L70 with Polycarbonate front cover. Color Temperature of 4000K- 6500K & CRI>70 with approved LED make-Nichia / Cree / Osram / Phillips (Lumiled) / Sharp/Seoul. h) Both horizental & Vertical mounting options shall be there in the luminaire and adjustable tilt angle shall be in between 0-15 degree. i) Warranty of total system (including the battery) is minimum of 5years.

Programing ,Testing and Commissioning of 80 nos. all in one intregated Solar street light system mentioned in above Item No-01 with all hardware & software accessories and inter connection cable etc as required. in existing 75mm dia GI tubular street light pole. (All Software Data shall be handed over to AAI as per Technical specifications)

Supply of 6 Mtr. Long Octagonal Hinge type (Foldable) G.I. Pole (without Arm) (as per Drawing & specification) with all necessary arrangements for fixing of All-in-One Solar LED lights etc. as required.

ITC of 6 Mtr. Long G.I. Pole in RCC foundation with necessary arrangements etc. as requiredfor item No.3 as per RCC Foundation Drawing in technical specification.

Pole Earthing i/c Supply and fixing of Spike Earthing ( 1830 X 20 mm with 6 SWG GI wire)
