Decoration of Fascia with best quality decorative Flex (decoration and design will be done as per direction of mela organising committee on tendering authority) on wooden or steel frame including providing and fitting fixing with screw/nails/glue/ adhesive etc. as required complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge complete.

Decoration of stage with cloth (colour as per direction of mela organising committee of tendering authority) on wooden and bamboo frame incl. fitting ixing of new screen, flower top and other like dias maintaining everything complete on hire basis. (Only floor area/plinth area will be measured for payment) (New cloth must be used)

Decoration of inside of theme pavilion with cloth or flex (colour and design of flex will be as per direction of PD, DRDA ) on wooden and bamboo frame incl. fitting fixing complete on hire basis. (Only cloth area/flex area will be measured for payment) (New cloth must be used)

Hiring charges of M.S collapsible gate including fitting fixing in position with locking position including necessary accessories and carryin loading unloading complete for mela period as perdirection of engineer-in-charge.

Hiring Charges of plastic Table with cover for whole mela period including the cost of laying in position of rows and column as desired by the tendering authority and loading, unloading, carrying and stacking complete as directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of plastic chair including the cost of laying in position of rows and column as desired by the tendering authority and loading, unloading, carrying and stacking complete as directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of carpet including the cost of laying and in position as desired by the tendering authority and loading, unloading, carrying and stacking complete as directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of Sofa Set with white towel for covering the sofa set including laying in position of rows and column as desired by the tendering authority and loading, unloading, carrying and stacking complete as directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of par light for whole mela period with necessary wairing and fitting fixing in position complete as directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Decoration of gate with wooden structure of required size of curved and straight shape including front side will be cladding with 6mm ply and all the four side will be covered by new cloth on wooden frame including fitting fixing of screen/flex in position and decoration with handloom & handicraft materials as per approved design and drawing complete as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge. (Only front area of gate will be measured for payment)

Decoration of side screen for all blocks with new cloth of white colour on wooden frame over bamboo structure including fitting fixing of screen etc. complete on hire basis as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of flower tub with blooming flower including carrying loading, unloading, watering daily for the whole mela period and placining in position as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge.
