Amount

a. Disconnecting the 250KVA H.T transformer from HT and LT side cable lowering down from the bed, then shifting of transformer from lift station to road side with the help of manual labours, tools and tackles, then loading in private load carrier , then shifting to workshop and un-loading of same at workshop for necessary repairs b. Opening the lid of the transformer draining transformer oil detaching the core assembly from bush rods and other clamps taking out the core assembly by means of chain pulley block and checking and assessing the damages. c. Providing and fitting of fresh HT coils as per the sample out of aluminium wire. (12 coils @ 6kg/coil approximately (72kgs). d. Providing and fitting of fresh LT coils as per the sample out of aluminium wire. (03 coils @ 18kg/coil approximately (54kgs). e. Filtration of old existing T-oil (250litre) & filling of fresh T-oil Hundred litre for topping. f. P/f of insulation material such as card board, lath ride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, cork sheets, varnishing, gasket, nuts and bolts etc. g. Deducting the cost of old scrape @ 80% (100.8kg) Shifting of the 250KVA Transformer after taking necessary repairs at workshop by loading in private load carrier, unloaded at road side , then shifting from road side to lift station with the help of manual labours, tools and tackles, then testing of the transformer on full load at site.
