REALIGNMENT OF HT/LT CABLES, REPLACEMENT OF WORNOUT STEEL STRUCTURES AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSV CABLES AT CDS-1 CABLE GALLERY AT NAVAL DOCKYARD, VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) (DM) VISAKHAPATNAM

M&L for MS chequered plates as per existing sizes and thickness both side lifting handle as per existing one incl painting of one coat red oxide primer and two coat of black bituminius paint, incl necessary PCC work as per site requirement and taking out of old unsv chequred plate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of both side surface of MS cable trench cover using one coat of black bituminius paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of cabble duct of size 1.2X1.0m by removing out all mud, soil waste material and disposal of waste material to nearst garbage bin and soil mud to low laying area of Dockyard acomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling taking out dead/defective cable of from substation or any place of size 50 sqmm to 400 sqmm and thought to salvage store area complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out LT/HT cable from cable rack/floor of sub station for repair/re[placement of wornout steel cable rack or for realignment of cable and refixing the cables with proper stacking with proper alingnment of cable and refixing the cables with proper on repaired/existing rack and making feeder wise bundle of cable using PVC cable tie for sizes of cable 3.0/3.5 core 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm 11000/1100 volt grade. (Note : each cable shall be measured separately. Steel cable rack shall be measured separately as supply and fix complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix of cable rack made with structural steel section of ISA 75 X 75 X 8MM (FE-290, Gde E 165) pre-welded inside sub station, gallery, on wall , placing in position and fixing to wall with fastener steel klbolt not less than 20 mm dia, including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable rack drawing shall be obntained from Engr-in-charge

Supply & Fix of cable rack made with structural steel section of ISMB 150X50X6MM (FE-290, Gde E 165) pre-welded inside sub station, gallery, on wall , placing in position and fixing to wall with fastener steel klbolt not less than 20 mm dia, including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable rack drawing shall be obntained from Engr-in-charge

Dismantling/taking out cable any size/grade from trenches for finding of fault/rerouting and relaying complete with sand and brick protection to the original trench or diverted trench including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintenance of 11KV CT chamber by disconneting all 3 ph cable connections, extended busbars and from VCB Bus and taking out from panel mounted position, testing for proper functioning, body leakage, checking & cleaning / decarbonising of all contact points of CT, epoxy body and Busbars, complete CT chamber using hot blower and CTC solution, applying backtol (Red) solution to the CT body and refixing the same CT to original position, re-connection of all existing cables, extended busbars, testing including closed cable entry hole of VCB using POP putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance, servicing, cleaning of vacuum circuit breaker unit of 11 KV VCB panel of capacity 400 Amps to 2500 Amps, taking out from panel, cleaning of all parts with CTC and clean cloth, removal of carbon deposited inside the moving contacts, greasing of all moving parts of the VCB, checking of complete operating mechanism for proper functioning, reporting for any defective parts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of defective parts of the VCB shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for rectification of fault of DC 110V circuit of 11 KV VCB by checking, repair from battery charger to VCB and and internal distribution to other components /system and replacement of defective wiring with FRLSH multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade as per existing size of wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rectification of fault of indication circuit of 11 KV VCB by checking, repair of indicating LED lamp circuit, annuciation system replacement of defective wiring with FRLSH multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade as per existing size of wire complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix including dismantling taking out unserviceable LED Indicating Lamp & Holder Red-Green-Blue-White-Amber Assembly For 800A to 1600A Schneider make 11 KV VCB. Make-Schneider only

Taking down old unserviceable battery charger from the battery bank, supply & fix new DC battery charger of capacity 200AH, 110V/30 Amps FCBD with DCDB suitable for 110V, 200AH, (VRLA) battery complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Amara Raja only.

Disconneting and taking down old damaged lead acid batteries from various sub-stations and supply & fix new maintenance free (VRLA) 2Volts, 200AH, batteries united/ fixed together with copper strips by series connection to make a battery bank of 110 V with initial charging and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Amara Raja only Note : Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for providing necessary battery connection links and control wiring from charger to HT panels.

M&L for painting of outer surface of multiple section of complete VCB panel 11 Kv size up to 2 m x 1.8 X 0.8 in one substation using one coat of synthetic zink paint after preparation of surface, providing protection cover to all metering equipment, panel meters, switchgears, cleaning of all meters and switch gears all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for foundation includings, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, underreamed piles and mass concrete using M-30 ( 20 mm graded aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.
