Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out loose/ soft soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Cleaning and removal of shurbs,vegetation,grass, bushes,weed and wild growth etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Cleaning and removal of shurbs,vegetation,grass, bushes,weed and wild growth etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Returning, filling in excavated material, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm graded stone chips filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 450mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm ,deposited,spread and levelled by broken stone or boulders in layers n exc.15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri (size dust to 40mm gauge) filling and filling in area,laid in layers n exc.15cm thick,spread,levelled and rolled using 8- 12 tonne with power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations,below pile cap/plinth beam, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb,bed block,copings,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks (1:3:6), type C4 as per IS -2185 (Part I)2005 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate,exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast (reinforced) cement concrete in cover slabs (for man holes etc.) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs for shelves etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Reinforcement required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 Design mix(RMC) (as per IS-456) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pile cap, plinth beam etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Reinforcement required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 Design mix(RMC) (as per IS-456) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Reinforcement required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 Design mix(RMC) (as per IS-456) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in tie beam and coping beam complete all as per specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Reinforcement required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 Design mix(RMC) (as per IS-456) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Reinforcement required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix(RMC) (as per IS-456) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in situ bored pile of any length/any sections with minimum cement content 400Kg per cum complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 450mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams,pile cap and similar work; vertical or to batter finished rough flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs,landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams,beam haunchings, girders,bressummers,lintels,cantilevers,shelves including sup-ports, overhangs,etc also splays between floors and beams etc to be batter finished rough flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of pillars ,posts,struts,piers,columns and stanchions to be batter finished rough flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete to faces of wall and similar work including attached pillasters etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Fe 410 W (Gde E 250) quality A for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, posts etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 of 0.56 mm thickness in crumple joint ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) and fixed with self taping screw etc.

Supply and fix prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.60mm (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.60mm (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall/ridge fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide pink primer complete all as epecified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes 450mm bore (NP2) including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid tested in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of galvanised steel high mast light suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum which with luminaire mounting arm,pulley assembly ,aviation obstruction light,lightning arrester spike including S&F base plate, anchorage bolts etc;for fixing high mast to foundation as per manufacturers specification/drawing of height of 16 metre complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Earthwork excavation ,RCC pile cap and pile etc; required for foundation of high mast will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) swan neck type complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and single swan neck including foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed.
