Screen motor housing & crane trolley Fabrication works at NPOS,FACT-CD, Ambalamedu.
Fabrication & Supply of Screen motor housing: The scope of work includes pattern making as per sample with ‵+′ tolerance, machining the mould and make arrangements for casting with Cast Iron material, machining the casted housing and finishing inside & outside to suit with the exact dimensions as per the given sample, providing threaded/ non threaded holes as per sample & delivery at FACT-CD Electrical Department .
Fabrication ,supply and installation of SS 304(3mm minimum thickness) cable trolley with chain ( 135 meter system with 95 trolley ) for bagging plant sack EOT. Chain shall be SS 304 pulling type of size 5mm.The work includes instalation of new trolley and chain after removing old trolley(contractor needs to secure existing cables before removing old trolley) at site using proper SS 304 Nut and bolt, and fixing of cables back to new trolleys .
Supply and replacing of Barge unloader trolley chains with SS304 chain.Work includes removal of existing chain & fixing of supplied chain using suitable SS304 nuts & bolts.
Overhauling Barge unloader thruster motor and reconstructing damaged parts: Contractor should fabricate damaged parts like impeller ,housing etc and should replace oil seals and bearing and should return thruster in working condition
Fabrication of trolley for tippers . These trolleys shall be constructed using FRP and should have provision for fixing single 4 Sqmm 4 core cable. Travelling of the trolley will be through 10 sqmm SS rope
Fabrication of proximity sensor mounting & detection system using SS 304 and suitable spring.Contractor should supply one number of spare spring with each module.
Cutting of stator liner sleave of 12.8KW hermitic pump and welding after rewinding properly without any leaks using suitable welding rod & methode for Hestalloy C4 .Rewinding will be done by FACT using already existing contract . Contractor needs to supply gaskets suitable for ammonia . Acceptance of the work will be after successful commissioning of the motor without any leak
