Taking down carefully any type of flame proof wiring including light, socket or power complete fitting such as flame proof switch, sockets etc with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully flame proof main switch/DB any type and size and making good to the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable flame proof submain wiring of any size and description with Steel conduit and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall / roof or floor, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 above but with 2.5 sqmm for one 15 Amps flame proof socket outlet on independent board and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multisranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole ON & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 16 A 240 Volts 3 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket dgree of protection IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 32 A 415 Volts 5 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket dgree of protection IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement flame proof flood light luminaries well glass suitable for LED light having 120 Watt compress of body mode in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat resistant toughend glass cemented to cast aluminium, retainging ring fixed to main body, mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminarire is provided with LED and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories and earthing terminals fixing at convenient location, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB, single pole 6 to 32A curent rating, 240V,50 Hz, 'C' curve AC supply over load and short circuit protection and rupturing (breaking) capacity not less than 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof, zone I & II, Gas Group II A/ II B, weather proof DB SPN 230 volts 6 way with busbar in cast aluminium LM-6 enclosure operated externally spring type knob having hinges and MCB fixed on the enclosure directly to the control knobs complete with suitable incoming and outgoing cable entries with cable glands suitable for hazardous area and confirming to IS-2147/62, neoprene gasket, degree of protection IP 65, suitable for and including MCB SPN 40 Amp- 01 No (Incoming) and MCB SP 6-10 Amp -04 Nos (Outgoing), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 5 m. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in lieu of cast iron cover. (iv) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement complete earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( Earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel pipe 40mm medium grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work by using galvanised iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead. The rate also include charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers 20mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe , funnel, wire mesh, concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover PCC pit shall be provided 50 cm away from earth pit and not on the earth pit itself. The extra cost of the watering pipe, bends, elbows shall be included in the unit rate, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
