Notes: 1. Required spares shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items. Make shall be of existing make or suitable as per manufacturers instructions. 2. Minor other spares not catered seperately but which are essential for replacement for smooth functioning of lifts are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Contractor shall not have any claim on this account at later stage.

Taking down the magnetic break coil of 110 v DC and rewinding the same and refixing to the original position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the main motor of capacity 10-20 hp and rewinding the same and refixing to the original position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the door motor (110/240V) AC and rewinding the same and refixing to the original position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the RCR Coil and rewinding the same and refixing to the original position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only dynamic braking resistance (DBR) (5W-5000W) to dissipating the energy generated by the motor during elevator braking process complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 12 core flat lift elevator travelling cable for power and control in elevator system.

Supply only door drive, three phase 380/450v, 11kw/15HP, 50hz to generate the power needed to move the door panels.

Supply only air cooling fan of speed 1400 rpm single phase, 230v, 50 hz to push out the air from the cab when the elevator is in motion in the elevator shaft.

Supply only 5 pin relay board to control high power with low power signals, switch between two circuits with a single control signal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mother board, voltage-12/24v DC, VVVF operational, suitable for auto door, double door to controlling the elevator, ensuring safety, monitoring system and receiving and sending signal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rectifier card to controls and regulates the elevator's function to ensure safe and efficient transportation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stainless steel elevator emergency alarm, 220v, silver colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only full length sensor, infared diodes range-118 mm, light immunity-100000 Lux, operating temp- (-20 to 65 Degree C), IP 54 protection, scanning beams-33 to 94 beams as per site requirement.

Supply only elevator rope of size 1/2" to move up and down the elevator by an electric traction and balancing suitable for 8/13 pass car against counterweight complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only auto door lock contacts to prevent the door from opening while elevator is in motion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only blower fan, 240 V, 50 hz, of suitable size with high performance, sturdy construction, non corrosive, durable and reliable complete all as specified and directed

Supply only limit switch for door drive control.
