Material and labour for 0.50 mm thick plain, galvanised mild steel as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 0.50 mm thick galvanised corrugated MS sheeting grade of zinc coating 275 with two corrugation side laps fixed with 'L' or 'J' hooks and washers in roofs complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of new painted roof sheet surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and driected.

Taking down tarfelt with tiles and cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50 m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust complete all as directed.

15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item ).

PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645-1975\, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in ground floors complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.
