Excavation in earth work in retaining wall and breast wall in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and/or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height and stacking excavated soil up to all leads, lifts and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in drains channles etcetra in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, hard and soft blasting, saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, lift up to any heights, stacking the excavated soil for all heights from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layer when required into plinths sides of foundations etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding landing but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams beam haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying upto all floor level mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etcetera but excluding the cost of reinforcement in mouldings as in cornices, window sills etcetera exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimetre) in girth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying design mix M-20 (twenty) grade of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of 320 Kg/cum (three hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) with graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10mtrs. (zero point one zero metre) thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses upto any depth /any height including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code.

Foundation footing, bases of columns and the like mass concrete upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel wire guage shutter in Z- section using galvainsed MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85g (eighty five gauge) with wire of diametre 0.56mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows and clearestory windows including metal beading of approved quality and shape section with necessary steel screws inluding applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per approved specification/design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 85cm (eighty five centimetre) height railing with MS rectangular hollow pipe 75x50mm (seventy five into fifty millimetre) of 14 (fourteen) gauge M.S.black sheet make hand rail and M.S. square bars 20mm (twenty millimetre) size ballusters at 30cm (thirty centimetre) centre to centre duly welded with to 2 Nos. (two numbers) MS flate 40x6mm (forty into six millimetre) size and 20mm (twenty millimetre) M.S. square bars lugs 10cm. Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the suface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, redoxide/zinc oxide chrome including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping. Ready mixed paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla White wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the suface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the suface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new concrete / masonry / plastered surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
