Manning and operation of 66 KV Grid station round the clock in a shift of 08 hrs including Sudays and holidays by technically qualified team comprising of One Electrician and one helper for the following assets:-

(A) The details of installed machinery /equipment is as under :- (a) 66 KV ASSETS AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES (i) Transformer 66 KV / 11 KV , 10.0/12.5MVA and 6.3/8.0 MVA - 02 NOS complete with protection cables and connected accessories (ii) 66KV air break manually operated gang operated switches -03 Nos (iii) 66 KV SF -6 type circuit breaker 02 Nos (iv) Control relay panel - 02 Nos (v) OLTC panel -02 Nos (vi) 66 KV / 110VOLT PT-SET -01 No (vii) 66 KV CT –SET -01 No (viii) Bus bar of 66 grid (ix) Earthing Sets (x) 110 DC battery bank along-with charger . (xi) Protection control cables (xii) Lightning arrestors –Two

(b). 11 KV ASSETS AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES (i) Sub station transformer 11 KV/430 VOLTS of Capacity 25 KVA - 01 No (ii) HT 11 KV switch gears – VCB s 13 Nos (iii) Power capacitor bank 11kv – 02 Units (iv) HT 11 cables from power transformer to switch gears and out going feeders (v) Sub station LT Panel . (vi) 11 KV gang operative switches – 04 Nos (vii) Misc sub station items such as fire fighting equipments , sub station furniture , standing orders , posters & drawing etc (viii) Diesel engine run generating set of capacity 10 KVA. (B) The following activities will be manned by the technical qualified personnel capable to handle the 66 KV power supply (amplified in the subsequent paras) (a) Operation and maintenance of all assets listed under "A" ('a'&'b') above (b) Recording and maintenance of log sheets of installation as per Appx "A", Shut down register ref Appx "B" by the dedicated technical team. ( c ) Monitoring of periodical functioning of the instrument listed in substation standing order/particular specification as per laid down periodicity. (d) Filling of daily activities on the log sheet other than reading such as tripping record any break down, its periodicity, preparing permit slip, etc (daily log sheet to be prepared and deposited with the sub division /concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Carrying out the necessary periodical test of earthing quarterly and recording it on the record maintained also to add water and salt solution as per requirement to improve the earth results. (f) Testing of DC batteries healthiness ,checking of gravity of batteries, functioning of battery bank ,replacement of worn out fuses, filling of distilled water as required and maintaining test record sheet. (g) Cleaning of HT/LT breakers ,tightening of connection incomer as well as outgoing minimum once in a month. (h) Contractor will provide ,fire fighting charts, safety charts ,shock treatment charts, first aid charts, DO and Don'ts etc is also to be displayed in Consultation with Engr-in-Charge (j) The contractor will provide mobile phones duly charged to the technician on duty and the phone number will be intimated to all concerned incl both the substations i.e old cantt, new cantt for connectivity also display at the installation. (k) Routine maintenance of both the capacitor bank including tightening of connection ,cleaning of all terminals, greasing of all moving parts of operating device etc including providing miscellaneous items of stores i.e fuses, link jumpers etc. (l) Maintenance of breakers bimonthly, by drawing out the trolley. Open breakers and cleaning breakers ,insulators and CTs, to clean spout grid inside and out side with petrol/CRC, checking of contacts and cleaning of them with petrol/CRC. To check IR value of CT/PT. Checking and tightening of all nut and bolts of all HT panels, incoming and out going electrical connections.

(m) Proper maintenance of installation incl bldg ,toilet, garden lights etc incl cleaning of area with in 05 meter radius of premises, watering to flower pots, dusting sweeping cleaning to entire area .cleaning material will be provide by contractor free of cost. (n) Proper testing /setting of all the relays from the manufacturer/authorized company rep /state electricity board (PSPCL), setting of relay shall be in correspondence to the 11 KV substation in old and new cantt.(Testing charges shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items in BOQ) (o) Before taking over the installation the contractor will ensure that all the HT switch gear install at grid sub station are working efficiently. If any repair is required for the same ,the same will be intimated to the department. After taking over the installation he is fully responsible for the maintenance and repair of all assets become U/S due to the negligence on part of staff employed by him except natural calamities or due to technical reason. (p)The firm shall comply existing labour laws, IE rules ,factory act forced time to time in totality

( C ) SPECIAL NOTES (i). All type of T&P for routine maintenance/protection of the tradesman as well as daily activity incl safety dress /safety equipment will be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost (ii).All the log sheets ,testing record and stationery will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii).Minimum one numbers of mobiles will be provided for connectivity of substation person on duty as well as technician working in field. (iv) The team comprising of 01 No of Trademen (Electrician) with 01 No Helper for duty at 'Grid sub station' round the clock in a shift of 08 hrs each .Reliever shall be provided by the contractor as per labour law in vogue. (v)The tradesman (Electrician) deployed for the 66 KV/11KV Grid station as well as attending at repair/maintenance shall be minimum three year Diploma in electrical engineering or retired persons of state electricity department worked in the trade of SSA/SSO. Contractor have to produce the documentary proof in support of qualification/experience for the staff deployed by him. The staff deployed will be interviewed by the Engr-in Ch /GE and after approval they will be deployed by the contractor. vi) Cleaning of the entire Grid premises is the responsibility of the contractor by providing additional man power with out any extra cost.

(D) PENALITY CHARGES :- If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (a)Absent on duty Trademan/Helper - Rs 1000 per person per shift for Trademan and Rs 600 per person per shift for Helper ( b ) Not cleaning of area - Rs 5000/= per Month (c) Not providing protective clothing safety equipment -Rs 2000 Per Month (d) Not providing mobile phones duly charged - Rs 1000 Per Month (e) Not providing stationery i.e writing material ,log sheets, eraser, fevicol, stapler, file cover - Rs 1000 Per Month

Manning and operation of central air conditioning plant 3x12 TR capacity including operation of the following at 660 Army Aviation Sqn continuously for 16 hrs daily in two shifts 08 hrs each shift by 01 No Refrigerator Mechanic for each shift with all necessary tools etc, on all days excluding Sundays and holidays comprising of various activities/works as described in these tender documents and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.The details of installed machinery/ equipment for operation & monitoring are as under:- The tradesman (Ref Mech) deployed for the AC Plant as well as attending at repair/maintenance shall be ITI qualified or two years experience in relevant trade . Contractor have to produce the documentary proof in support of qualification/experience for the staff deployed by him. The staff deployed will be interviewed by the Engr-in-Charge /GE and after approval they will be deployed by the contractor . Installed machinery are as under:- (i) Compressor 2 Cylinders vertical type 12 Ton Capacity - 03 No (ii) Electric motor 3 Phase 415 Volts 50Hz 20HP -03 No (iii) Monoblock pumping set with electric motor 3 phase 415Volts Cap 3 HP-02 Nos (iv) Induction motor 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50HZ, Cap- 7.5 HP - 01 No (v) Monoblock pump set 0.5 HP - 01 No (vi) Induction motor 2HP - 02 Nos (vii) Conditioning units 12 ton - 03 Nos (viii) Air handling unit cap 10500cmf - 01 No (ix) Cooling tower induced draft type - 02 Nos (x) DG set of capacity 125 KVA-01 No and DG set of capacity 75 KVA - 01 No DHPP and OMD will be supplied by MES

Manning and operation of 11 KV Sub Station No – 01 and Sub Station of Pocket No 5 at MAP Qtrs area in old Cantt round the clock in a shift of 08 hrs including Sundays and holidays by technically qualified team comprising of 1 No SBA (Electrician) and 01 No Electrician along with 01 No Helper for attending day today complaints for the following assets:- ( A. ) 11 KV Assets and connected accessories (i) HT 11 KV switch gears – VCBs/RMUs - 13 Nos (ii)11 KV gang operative switches Near sub station– 10 Nos (iii) Misc sub- station items -such as fire fighting equipments , sub station furniture , standing orders , posters & drawing etc . (iv) 24 volts DC battery bank along with charger including periodical check with routine maintenance . (v) Installation building along-with connected assets within the premises of fencing . ( B ) The following activities will be manned by the personnel with suitable technical qualification (amplified in the subsequent paras) (a) Operation and maintenance of all assets listed under "A" above (b) Recording and maintenance of log sheets of installation as per Appx "A", by the dedicated technical team. ( c ) Recording and maintenance of shut down register ref Appx "B" by the dedicated technical team. (d) On indication of any type of fault tripping of VCB /HT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity /nature of the work involved to restore the power supply all the activities shall be carried out with in reasonable time as given by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Operation of HT/LT switch gear incl transformer 11KV/415 volts up to rating 750 KVA (f) cleaning of HT/LT breakers ,tightening of connection incomer as well as out going at Sub station 11 KV incl all cleaning material (g) Maintaining proper voltage of DC battery banks and ensure serviceability all the times incl testing of batteries, checking of gravity ,filling of distilled water as per periodicity. (h) To coordinate with team working on HT/LT installations /substations (j) Attending telephone enquires and recording the complaint lodged by the users. ( k) Contractor will provide ,fire fighting charts, safety charts ,shock treatment charts, first aid charts, DO and Don'ts etc is also to be displayed in concentration with Engineer-in Charge . (l) Co-ordination will be made by the contractor with both the team i.e. complaint team as well as team at sub station 11 KV . (m) The contractor will provide mobile phones duly charged to both the teams for connectivity and the phone numbers will be intimated to all concerned also display at the installation. (n) Checking of earth resistance of all the earthing of equipment installed at sub station and maintaining the record there of quarterly. Periodically watering to earth pits will be maintained. (o) Maintenance of breakers by monthly, open breakers and cleaning breakers ,insulators and CTs,to clean spout grid inside and out side with petrol/CRC, checking of SF-6 containers for any leakage and cleaning of them with petrol/CRC to check IR value of CT/PT, checking and tightening of all nut and bolts of all HT panels, incoming and out going electrical connections. (p) Connecting /disconnecting of air-conditioned in married officers quarters, OTM, offrs Mess from the existing over head lines as directed by Engineer in charge.

(q) Proper maintenance of installation incl bldg ,toilet, garden lights etc incl cleaning of area with in 05 meter radius of premises, watering to flower pots, dusting sweeping cleaning to entire area .cleaning material will be provide by contractor free of cost. (r ) Before taking over of installation ,the contractor will ensure that all the HT switch gear install at substation are working efficiently. if any repair is required for the same, he shall intimate to the department. After taking over the installation, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any nature of the defects caused due to negligence on the part of staff employed by him in case of any item requiring repair/replacement due to any reason except natural clamaties, the cost will be borne by the contractor. (s) The firm shall comply existing labour laws, IE rules, factory act forced time to time in totality (t) Periodical maintenance of following feeders which includes trimming of trees with HT and LT feeders and over head line, maintenance of GOD ,jumpers , maintenance of defective disc or pin type insulators ,tightening of jumpers, fixed and moving parts of GODs ,restretching of HT/LT overhead line conductors falling due to collapses of conductor any other reason incl periodical maintenance of LT panels, security lights feeders etc (Whatever stores are required will be provided by the deptt) (i)HT feeder from 66 KV grid station to No. 1 Sub – Station - Appx length – 2.50 Km

(ii) HT feeder No -1 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length = 4.0 Km along with 06 Transformers of different capacities with GOD s , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 10.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service cables . (iii) HT feeder No 2 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length =1.75 Km along with 6 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 3.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service (iv)HT feeder No - 3 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length = 2.0 Km along with 04 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 2.50 km along with connected main feeder cables / service (v) HT feeder No -4 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length = 3.0 Km along with 05 transformers of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 9.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service (vi) HT feeder No -5 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length = 0.60 Km along with 02 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx –2.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service (vii) HT feeder No-6 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length = 0.60 Km along with 01 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 2.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service . (viii) HT feeder No. 7 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length = 3.0 Km along with 01 transformers with GOD s. (ix) (a) HT feeder No. 8 emanating from Sub station no -1 Appx length = 4.0 Km along with 04 transformers with GOD s. of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines. (b) HT feeder emanating from Sub Station No 01 Approx length 04 Km along with transformers with GODs of different capacities and LT panels of pocket No 5 of MAP Qtrs at Old Cantt area

( C ) SPECIAL NOTES (i) The team comprising of 02 Nos of Electrician and 01 No helper for duty at Sub Stations and for attending complaint/fault/brake down duties round the clock in a shift of 08 hrs each will be provided daily.Reliever shall be provided by the contractor as per labour law in vogue. (ii) All type of T&Ps (Bamboo ladders, screw drivers, wire/cable cutters with blades, multi meters, cutting plairs, tourch lights etc) for routine maintenance and protection of the trademan as well as daily activity incl safety dress, safety hardness (i,e. Hand gloves, Rubber boots, Sefety belt and helmets etc) and necessary TPT for attending complaints/fault/brake downs duty will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) All the log sheets, testing record and stationery will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Minimum two numbers of mobiles phones will be provided for communication between of person on duty at Sub Stations and Electricians working fields. (v) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules for each tradesman employed through this job and the original policy documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of trades man. (vi) The trademan deployed for the 11 KV station as well as attanding at repair/maintenance shall be ITI qualified with two years experiance in the trade or retired persons of state electricity department as worked in the trade. contractor have to produce the documentory proof in support of qualification/experience for the staff deployed by him. The staff deployed will be interviewed by the Accepting Officer and after approval they will be deployed by the contracor. (vii) All expenditure for necessary T&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, communication, fuel/lubrication, stationery, insurance of tradesmans etc as per specified in this job are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(D)PENALITY CHARGES :- If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (a) Absent on duty of Trademan/Helper - Rs 1000/600 per person per shift respectively. (b) Not cleaning (General Maint) of area - Rs 2000 per month (c) Not providing T&P, protective clothing or safety equipment - Rs 5000 per month. (d) Not providing mobile phones duly re-charged or suitable transportation as per specified above - Rs 1500 per month per mobile. (e) Not providing log sheet with stationery i.e writing material , attendance registers, eraser, fevicol, stapler,file cover, charts as mentioned above - Rs 800 Per month. (f) Not performing duty as per duty charts which is approved by Engr-in-Charge - Rs 2000/- per month. (g) Deployment of person as per perscribed experience and qualification shall only be permitted in any case.

Manning and operation of 11 KV Sub Station No 3 and Sub Station of pocket No 7 of MAP Accn NKSE Area in New Cantt round the clock in a shift of 08 hrs including sundays and holidays by technically qualified team comprising of 1 No SBA (Electrician) and 01 No Electrician along with 01 No Helper for attending day today complaints for the following assets :-

The details of installed machinery /equipment is as under :- ( A ) 11 KV Assets and connected accessories (i) HT 11 KV switch gears – VCB s/RMU s - 16 Nos (ii)11 KV gang operative switches Near substation – 08 Nos (iii) Misc sub- station items -such as fire fighting equipments , sub station furniture , standing orders , posters & drawing etc . (iv) 24 volts DC battery bank along with charger including periodical check with routine maintenance . (v) Installation building along-with connected assets within the premises of fencing of the sub stations. ( B ) The following activities will be manned by the personnel with suitable technical qualification (amplified in the subsequent paras) (a) Operation and maintenance of all assets listed under "A" above (b) Recording and maintenance of log sheets of installation as per Appx "A" by the dedicated technical team. (c) Recording and maintenance shut down register ref Appx "B" by the dedicated technical team. (d) On indication of any type of fault tripping of VCB/RMU/HT/LT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity /nature of the work involved to restore the power supply all the activities shall be carried out with in reasonable time as given by the Eingineer-in-Charge. (iii) HT feeder No 2 emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length =1.0 Km awith connected main feeder cables / service at North zone New cantt. (iv)HT feeder No - 3 emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length = 2.5 Km along with 07 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 6.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service

(v) HT feeder No -5 emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length = 3.0 Km along with 06 transformers of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 9.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service. (vi) HT feeder No -7 emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length = 1.0 Km along with connected main feeder cables / service at North zone New cantt. (vii) HT feeder No-8 emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length = 1.0 Km along with connected main feeder cables / service at North zone New cantt. (viii) (a) HT feeder BML emanating from 66 KV Grid Appx length = 3.0 Km along with 03 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 06.00 km along with connected main feeder cables/service. (b) HT feeder underground cable from 10 Mech rear gate to Sub Stn of Pocket No 7 at MAP at NKSE area along with transformer with connecting GOD, HT/LT panels, LT UG Cable Approx 3.0 Km of different sizes complete. (c) Periodical cleaning of area and grass cutting of SS No 7 and 8 at NKSE. ( A. ) 11 KV Assets and connected accessories (i) HT 11 KV switch gears – VCBs/RMUs - 14 Nos (ii)11 KV gang operative switches near substation– 07 Nos (iii) Misc sub- station items -such as fire fighting equipments , sub station furniture , standing orders , posters & drawing etc . (iv) 24 volts DC battery bank along with charger including periodical check with routine maintenance . (v) Installation building along-with connected assets within the premises of fencing . ( B ) The following activities will be manned by the personnel with suitable technical qualification (amplified in the subsequent paras) (a) Operation and maintenance of all assets listed under "A" above (b) Recording and maintenance of log sheets of installation as per Appx "A", Shut down register ref Appx "B" by the dedicated technical team. ( c ) Proper testing /setting of all the relays from the manufacturer/authorized company rep /state electricity board setting of over current and earth fault shall be with respect to 66 KV relays timed multiplied setting . (d) On indication of any type of fault tripping of VCB /HT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity /nature of the work involved to restore the power supply all the activities shall be carried out with in reasonable time as given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (e) Operation of HT/LT switch gear incl transformer 11KV/415 volts up to rating 500 KVA (f) cleaning of HT/LT breakers ,tightening of connection incomer as well as out going at Sub station 11 KV incl all cleaning material. (g) Maintaining proper voltage of DC battery banks and ensure serviceability all the times incl testing of batteries, checking of gravity ,filling of distilled water as per periodicity.(h) To coordinate with team working on HT/LT installations /substations

(j) Attending telephone enquires and recording the complaint lodged by the users. (k) Contractor will provide ,fire fighting charts, safety charts ,shock treatment charts, first aid charts, DO and Don'ts etc is also to be displayed in concentration with Engineer-in Ch . (l) Co-ordination will be made by the contractor with both the team i.e. complaint team as well as team at sub station 11 KV . (m) The contractor will provide mobile phones duly charged to both the teams for connectivity and the phone numbers will be intimated to all concerned also display at the installation. (n) Checking of earth resistance of all the earthing of equipment installed at sub station and maintaining the record there of quarterly. Periodically watering to earth pits will be maintained. (o) Maintenance of breakers by monthly by drawing out the trolley (applicable for VCBs),open breakers and cleaning breakers ,insulators and CTs,to clean spout grid inside and out side with petrol/CRC, checking of contacts and cleaning of them with petrol/CRC to check IR value of CT/PT, checking and tightening of all nut and bolts of all HT panels, incoming and out going electrical connections. (p) Connecting /disconnecting of air-conditioned in married officers quarters, OTM, offrs Mess from the existing over head lines as directed by Engineer in charge. (q) Proper maintenance of installation incl bldg ,toilet, garden lights etc incl cleaning of area with in 05 meter radius of premises, watering to flower pots, dusting sweeping cleaning to entire area .cleaning material will be provide by contractor free of cost. (r ) Before taking over of installation ,the contractor will ensure that all the HT switch gear install at substation are working efficiently. if any repair is required for the same, he shall intimate to the department. After taking over the installation, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any nature of the defects caused due to negligence on the part of staff employed by him in case of any item requiring repair/replacement due to any reason except natural clamaties, the cost will be borne by the contractor.

(s) The firm shall comply existing labour laws,IE rules ,factory act forced time to time in totality. (t) Periodical maintenance of following feeders which includes trimming of trees with HT and LT feeders and over head line, maintenance of GOD ,jumpers , maintenance of defective disc or pin type insulators ,tightening of jumpers, fixed and moving parts of GODs ,restretching of HT/LT overhead line conductors falling due to collapses of conductor any other reason incl periodical maintenance of LT panels, security lights feeders etc. (i)Incomer HT feeder from 66 KV grid to Sub station N0. 09 New, near T/Well No. 09 New Cantt along with 8 Nos GOD - Appx length – 5.00 Km (ii)Incomer HT feeder from Sub StnNo.03 to Sub station N0 09 New near T/Well No 09 New Cantt along with 3 Nos GOD - Appx length – 2.00 Km (iii)Outgoing HT feeder for 282 Medium Regt KLP area Approximate length 1.5 KM along with 06 Nos Transformer with GOD,s LT panel , LT/HT OH line Approximate length 6 Km alongwith main feeder cable . (iv)Outgoing HT feeder for pocket No.16 with 2 nos transformer with GOD LT panel, HT panel, HT/HT UG cable Approximate length 5 KM along with main feeder cable . (v) (a) Outgoing HT feeder for pocket No.06, 12A & 12B with 16 Nos Transformer with GOD LT panel, HT panel, HT/HT UG cable, OH line Approximate length 10 KM along with main feeder cable . (b) Out going HT feeder No 2 (emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length =5.0 Km along with 06 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 12.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service), Feeder No 7 (emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length = 3.0 Km along with 08 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx –4.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service), and Feeder No 8 (emanating from Sub station no -3 Appx length = 4.0 Km along with 08 transformers with GOD s of different capacities , LT Panels , LT overhead lines appx – 15.00 km along with connected main feeder cables / service . are crossing the north zone to south zone from Sub Station No 3 to Sub Station No 9 along with its accessories complete. (c) Periodical cleaning of area and grass cutting of SS No 9 and SS Chibumal at JAT colony.

( C ) SPECIAL NOTES (i) The team comprising of 02 Nos of Electrician and 01 No helper for duty at Sub Stations and for attending complaint/fault/brake down duties round the clock in a shift of 08 hrs each will be provided daily.Reliever shall be provided by the contractor as per labour law in vogue. (ii) All type of T&Ps (Bamboo ladders, screw drivers, wire/cable cutters with blades, multi meters, cutting plairs, tourch lights etc) for routine maintenance and protection of the trademan as well as daily activity incl safety dress, safety hardness (i,e. Hand gloves, Rubber boots, Sefety belt and helmets etc) and necessary TPT for attending complaints/fault/brake downs duty will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) All the log sheets, testing record and stationery will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Minimum two numbers of mobiles phones will be provided for communication between of person on duty at Sub Stations and Electricians working fields. (v) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules for each tradesman employed through this job and the original policy documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of trades man (vi) The trademan deployed for the 11 KV station as well as attanding at repair/maintenance shall be ITI with two years experiance in the trade or retired persons of state electricity department as worked in the trade. contractor have to produce the documentory proof in support of qualification/experience for the staff deployed by him. The staff deployed will be interviewed by the Accepting officer and after approval they will be deployed by the contracor. (vii) All expenditure for necessary T&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, communication, fuel/lubrication, stationery, insurance of tradesmans etc as per specified in this job are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(D)PENALITY CHARGES : If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (a) Absent on duty of Trademan/Helper - Rs 1000/600 per person per shift respectively. (b) Not cleaning (General Maint) of area - Rs 2000 per month (c) Not providing T&P, protective clothing or safety equipment - Rs 5000 per month. (d) Not providing mobile phones duly re-charged or suitable transportation as per specified above - Rs 1500 per month per mobile. (e) Not providing log sheet with stationery i.e writing material , attendance registers, eraser, fevicol, stapler,file cover, charts as mentioned above - Rs 800 Per month. (f) Not performing duty as per duty charts which is approved by Engr-in-Charge - Rs 2000/- per month. (g) Deployment of person as per perscribed experience and qualification shall only be permitted in any case.

Important Note :- The rate inserted against these item is pertain to labourers based upon the prevailing minimum labour wages, EPF , ESI, Labour welfare Cess and GST. Bidders are required to quote their rate against these items after considering these cost of dresses, insurance of operators, safety equipments etc and all factors as specified in tender. Bidder is therefore advised that quoting of rate below the ' Prepriced Rate' is clear voilation of statuary instruction issued by Government of India in the context of payment of minimum fair wages to the labourers. It may accordingly be noted that any bid containing rate below the Prepriced Rate shall be treated as non-bonafied offer and thus such bids shall be liable for rejection during financial evaluation.

Schedule 'A'Section-II (Misc Items of Works) Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Testing of 66 KV assets by a competent authority ie – Power Grid Corporation of India /CPRI lab (testing to be carried only through Govt / semi – Govt body ). The equipments to be tested are as under – Transformer 66 KV/11 KV 10/12.5 MVA and 6.3/8.0 MVA =2 NOS (or Job) Tests to be carried out for Transformer – (i) IR/PI measurement of winding primary and secondary (ii) Winding resistance measurement (iii) Turn ratio measurement . (iv) Magnetic balance test (v) No Load Test (vi) Short circuit, Vector group & DC Resistance Test (vii) Low voltage magnetization current measurement.

The equipments to be tested are as under – Testing of transformer oil for the following tests (i) Inter facial tension (ii)Flash point (iii)Neutralization value (iv) Breaking Dielectric Voltage (BDV) (v) Tan delta (vi) Specific Resistance (vii) Water contents (viii)Sludge contents (ix) Dissolve Gas Analysis (D G A )

Testing of 66 KV assets by a competent authority ie – Power Grid Corporation of India /CPRI lab (testing to be carried only through Govt / semi – Govt body ). The equipments to be tested are as under – 66 KV SF -6 Breaker both . The following tests to be carried out – (i) IR value both in open and close position (ii) continuity of breaker in closed position . (v) Greasing /oiling of all the moving parts . (vi) Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch (vii) Tripping and closing time of breaker (vii) Functioning of all the tripping system / relays displayed on the control relay panel – such as differential , o/c , earth fault , metering circuits and all other protection emanating from transformer – oil temp trip , OLTC trip , winding temp gauge trip , bucholz relay , inter trip etc , calibration of all the relays for time observed with respect to time set , complete all a specified and directed . (ix) Greasing /oiling of all the moving parts (x) Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch . Note – (i) Any part /spare found defective during testing shall be repaired / replaced for which payment shall be made separately . (ii)Test sheet shall be prepared as per PS and shall be kept on record in subdivision.

Testing of 11 KV assets by a competent authority ie – Power Grid Corporation of India / CPRI lab (testing to be carried only through Govt / semi – Govt body ). The equipments to be tested are as under – HT VCB11 KV , three phase 50 Hz, 1250 amps,40 KA For 1 Second 04 Nos & HT VCB 11KV , three phase 50 Hz, 630amps,40 KA For 1 Second 09 NOs - 13 Nos . Following tests to be carried out on each breaker – (i). IR Value for OPEN - incoming -earth , incoming – out going -earth , for close – incoming- earth (ii)Tripping and closing time observed (iii) Operation – both manual and through motor (iv)Functioning of indications (v)Continuity (vi)Polarity test (vii)Testing of all the protection relays – ie o/c , earth fault , instantaneous , trip suspension , auxiliary relay etc (viii)Greasing /oiling of all the moving parts (ix)Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch Note – (i) Any part /spare found defective during testing shall be repaired / replaced for which payment shall be made separately (ii)Test sheet shall be prepared as per PS and shall be kept on record in sub division..
