Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded crushed stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- Foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete work Grade M30 (Design Mix) but not leaner than 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, Floors etc. up to any thickness complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Wire crates G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid for seperately) in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Wire crates made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (boulder filling to be measured and paid for seperately) G.I. wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6, 15cmx15cm mesh in all lead and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators of standered rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with bolt and nut as required, including fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metals ash putty of approved make complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing wood work in frames of door, window, clerestory window and other frames wrought, framed & fixed in position as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts. (2nd class deodar wood)

Providing and Fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. (2nd class deodar wood) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level includong arises, internal round angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth (Cement mortar 1:4)

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level includong arises, internal round angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth (Cement mortar 1:3)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolt (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour shade with necessary screws etc. Complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3 mm iron hold fast 40 cm long including Fixing to frame with 10 cm da bolts nuts and wooden pluges and embencing in C.C. block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade I/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar, dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and inciuding preparing the suface be thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and othr foreign sand papering and knotting Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Erection of all equipment from Sr. No. 46 to 58 including cost of tees, bends, tapers and any other fittings required as per site conditions and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pumping Machinery (LWSS Lasrana) :- Supply & errection of submersible pump set of KSB/Calama/Johnston/SU/Kirloskar or JSV approved make conforming to BIS:8034-1976 or latest suitable for lifting Water (latest with upto date ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/ suitable alloye. Providing and fixing double loop earthing and G.I. plate 600 mm x 600mm x 3mm thick electrode complete with material such as thimbles, nuts and bolts, charcoal and common salt, 32 mm x 3_mm G.I. strips & G.I. wire as per IS: 3043 -1987 with up to date amendments for motors and other electrical equipments and digging of pits etc. complete in all respect.

Providing double flanged Cast iron sluice valve of Kirloskar / Leader or JSV approved make for the suction pipe and capable of withstanding the normal seat pressure as per IS: 14846-2000 with up to date amendments (Class PN-1.00, size equal to dia of suction pipe).

Providing double flanged Cast steel sluice valve of Kirloskar / Leader or JSV approved make and capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 52 kg/cm2 as per BS:1414/API-600 (Class ASA-300 having size one step higher to delivery of pump).

Providing double flanged Cast steel reflux valve of Kirloskar / Leader or JSV approved make and capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 52 kg/cm2 as per BS:1868/API-600 (Class ASA-300 having by pass arrangement and size one step higher to delivery of pump).

Providing and fixing double flanged 100 mm piping work layout to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge for suction and delivery pipes suitable to pump(s) offered and common header as per the rising main respectively complete with all specials such as bends ,tees reducers/ increasers with companion flanges matching with the relevant specifications of the accessories as indicated in the drawing No.2 including rubber/asbestos gasket of minimum 3mm thickness as per IS 2712-1979 and required number of nuts and volts as per IS: 1364-1983. The pipes shall be as per relevant IS Code and to withstand 1.5 times total head stipulated under item No.1.
