Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking

Carriage of earth up to 2 Km lead

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete

All works upto plinth level :

Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns ect for mass Concrete

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

All works upto plinth level

Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

All works above plinth level upto floor V level

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and laying solid concrete blocks masonry with block of M10 grade cement concrete of required thickness as per drawing in foundation and plinth with RCC band and mullion as per structural detail in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) all complete as per direction of Engineer. (The payment of RCC elements shuttering and reinforcement shall be made for separately).

Providing and laying solid concrete blocks masonry with block of M10 grade cement concrete of required thickness as per drawing in superstructure above plinth level upto five floor level with RCC band and mullion as per structural detail in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) all complete as per direction of Engineer. (The payment of RCC elements shuttering and reinforcement shall be made for separately).

12 mm cement plaster of mix

1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix

1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Two coats

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto and above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1 :2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing, supplying and fixing pre-painted metal door frame and shutter single leaf of approved make as per particular specifications with overall size as per site requirement. Door frames shall be made with 1.2mm thk galvanised steel sheet pressed to double rebate profile of size 124mmx57mm with Mitered Joint. The frame shall be extruded profile with inbuilt EPDM seals slid into the groove. Door shutter shall be made with 0.8mm thick galvanised steel sheet pressed formed to provide not less than 46mm thick fully flush double skin panel with lock seam joints at style edges. The internal construction of panel shall be specially designed Honey comb structure. Shutter and frame shall be finished with zinc phosphate steel primer & polyurethene paint etc. complete.

The frame and shutter shall also have provision for required iron mongery(by providing extra metallic reinforcement).The shutter is to be fixed to frame with SS304 ball bearing hinges of size 100x75x3mm, mortise dead lock, door closure, ss D handle on both sides, view panel of toughened glass,towerbolt, all complete hardware of approved make & size as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate includes cost of pre-painted frame and shutter,door fittings/hardware for fixing door including fixing charges for all levels and leads etc. The clear opening in masonry shall be measured for payment.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

PEB Structure Design, Fabrication, Supply & Errection of PEB structure of Size - 20 Mtrs x 15 Mtrs and 10 Mtrs Clear Height including 6m wide X 20m length Mezzanine floor wih MS Staircase, structural items, roof sheeting, wall Sheeting and all other necessary accessories including provison of 2 MT gantry crane, all complete as per the specification enclosed @ annexure - D and as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of frameless partition with door glazing consisting of 12mm clear toughened glass ( Saint gobain/ Modi make) and fixing with Dorma/Ozone make, ceiling/bottom to glass connector, glass to glass connector, handle, doorset, floor spring, pivot etc, all the necessary fittings upto all height including scaffolding all complete as shown in attached drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gram per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

With fully perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged or 10 mm thick square edged GRG false ceiling tiles.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Supply and installation of Aluminium composite panel facade made out of 3mm thick outdoor grade acp sheet fixed on mild steel structure frame of 40mm x 40mm tubes, entire structure to be welded on the existing columns and entire structure to be painted with two coats of yellow oxide and two coats of enamel black paint. Size: 45" x 10 mtrs

Supply and installation of 304 grade stainless steel box type channel letters made out of 304 grade jindal make stainless steel brush finish sheet, with 25mm box thickness. All the alphabets shall be cut in laser cutting & Duopont make powder coating on all the alphabets.
