Excavation in trenches, in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for Pole, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with fine dry unwashed sand in trenches for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type - I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm IS marked confirming to ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor conforming to IS:7098 (Part 11), 11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Cable earthed grade)

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horzontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200Amps all as specified and directed. Make National/Jaipuria, Mayur, Pactil

S&F drop out fuse assy 11 KV with 6 Nos Post insulators and channels, operating rod/pipe etc triple pole complete all as specified and directed. Make : National/Jaipuria/ Mayur/ Pactil

Supply and fix Prestressed concrete pole 11.0 metres long, 152x152mm at top and 152x260mm at bottom, class 9 all as specified & directed. Note: excavation earth work & PCC will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 typeB-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in coping of existing and new PCC/steel poles etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate type D2 for foundation as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down ACSR conductor from HT line complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) on HT poles including binding wire complete all as specified and directed at site of any type ACSR conductor and all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for cross arm, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections confirming to grade Fe 410-S including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat and two coats of aluminiumd paint complete all as specified.

M&L for pin type porcelain, virreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 150mm height, 150mm dia suitable for working pressure 11000 volts grade Make: Jayshree/Jaipuria

M&L for filtration of transformer oil of different capacities of transformer to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength / rupturing cappacity of oil not less than three times than the operating voltage with 2mm gap and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level all as directed. Note: (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for oil filteration plant. (c) Filteration shall be done at site and on line.

M&L for transformer oil, topping up/ change of full transformer oil all as specified and directed. Note: Item rates deemed to include for (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked and brought at site in sealed container only. (b) Collection of samples before and after topping up/ changing including testing for dielectric strength. Make: Power Oil

S&F in replacement of breather assembly for transformer oil conservator tank of suitable size for following capacity of transformer.

S&F in repairs transformer 11KV/433 Volts by disconnecting existing HT/LT connection, drain out oil up to working level for replacement of HT bushing insulator with stud, nut bolts and gasket etc including opening the transformer and refixing including changing cover gasket, making good connections and testing all as specfified and directed for the following transformer capacity:-

Note: (a) Item rates deemed to include for proper storage of drained transformer oil . (b) Refilling of transformer oil shall be after proper dehydration.

S&F in replacement oil temprature indicator gauges suitable for transformer all as specified and directed.

M&L for copper winding wire / coil as per existing guage with insulating material for transformer

Taking down carefully transformer of any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth including dismantling HT/LT sites, earthing of transformer, dismantling supporting angle / cross arms, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to workshop for repair and refixing to original position including necessary testing complete entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of transformer by cleaning of existing surface complete and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting all as specified and directed.

(A) M&L for servicing of 11 KV HT VCB of 02 Nos at main power house by opening of main HT VCB with outgoing cleaning of all moving and setting parts and repairing of operating mechanism (Motor, Gear box, relay and on/off switches) Make ABB and the same to be maintained by the technician / mechanic of the ABB

(B) Activity Description :-

(i) Checking of CB & Isolator mechanical & electrical operation Closing & tripping

(ii) Checking of Breaker close & open operation.

(iii) Mechanism Critical setting & adjustment shall be done.

(iv) Lubrication of mechanical critical part of Circuit breaker

(v) Lubrication of spring charging mechanism

(vi) Operational Movement & alignment

(vii) Alignment of open cable doors

(viii) Physical healthiness of switches, indication lamp, auxiliary relay etc.

(ix) Bus bar tightness, bus joint healthiness checks & contact resistance check.

Routine Tests(performed once annually)

(i) Testing of protection relays.

(ii) CB contact resistance, contact condition the pole.

(iii) Interrupter health check by HV test

(C) Reports:

(i) Relay test report

(ii) Breaker test report

(iii) CT/PT test report

(iv) Failure reports of major failure-Which includes failure mechanism analysis & remedies

(v) Interpretation of condition monitoring data

(D) Exclusions:

(i) Repairing of defectives relays.

(ii) Repairing of defective SF6 pole

(iii) Repairing of CT and PT#s.

Servicing the 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc/pin insulator with CTC , & applying the petrolium jelly at the contact point / down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD as required at site. Note: Insulator shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Dismantling of old jumper, including supply and fixing new jumper connection at cut out point on HT overhead line with suitable size of ACSR conductor 6/1x 3mm (ferret) with PVC pipe black colour, PG clamps, sleaves complete of required length not exceeding 2 mtr including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of HT 11 mtr PCC pole with two coats of cement base paint including cleaning/scraping before painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting of HT PCC pole 11 mtr, up to 1.5 mtr from coping of poles, in alternative strips of 30cm length with one coat coat of Ist quality of synthetic enamel paint in black & white including preparation of old/new surfaces etc all as directed by EIC including writing of MES HT poles Nos with black paint on white back ground (The letter shall be 50mm in length)

S&F in repairs for Guard cradles, hexagonal /rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel earth wire 4mm dia for OH line gurad wire all as directed.

M&L for painting of cross arm of HT two pole structure including channels clamps, street light bracket and clamps etc one coat of red oxide primer & one coated fine quality aluminium paint all as directed all as directed by Engr-in-chrage.

Supply & fixing GI Pipe light grade 80 mm dia, ISI marked, of required length for protection of cables complete including fixing of MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc; all as specified.

M&L cleaning/grass cutting, tree/branch cutting below HT line and in HT E/M installation (Note :- area measured in plan, Rates includes provision for tool, plants, mechanical wood cutter, chain saw, ladder and vehical etc and the tree/branches/bushes to be removed and desposed out of Mod area)

S&F cable route indicators made out from CI round disc duly marked MES HT CABLE fitted with 45 cm long angle iron of size 40x40x5mm including fixed with nuts and bolts and grouted in ground level with PCC of size 15cmx15cmx30cm all as directed

M&L for lightning arrestor non linear resistor type confirming to IS-3070 Part I complete line discharge or transmission class - 2 nominal discharge current 10 KA & high discharge 100 KA assembly suitable for 11 KV incl all clamps, nuts, bolts & washers & connecting to earth with 32x6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacemnt of stay wire galvanised strand size 7/3.15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chrage

S&F in replacement of stay assembly complete with 20mm dia stay rod accessories shown in electric plate No. 1 SSR 2009 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chagre Note: Loop insulator, Stay clamp, excavation and concrete measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white/ brown green small size with overall dimension 65x90mm, clearence of hole 20mm for fixing on stay wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I, 1991 & connected to the continuous earth strip all as specified, testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected excavation & earth work in any type of soil , disposal of soil , providing charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100 mm center to center both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20 mm dia GI light grade and 40 mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including copper strip earth lead 20 x 3 mm of required length (not more than 7.5 Mtrs) and connecting to test point and further up to the panel board and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
