TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT ZONE-1B AND 1C UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rate 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendments No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with amendments No 1 to 122 and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of 365 days from the date of acceptance of tender. Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 5th row. The actual amount of contract would be Rs. 12 lakhs (Max). The contractors may fill the % intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the SSR. ii) The total/ cumulative amount of Work order shall not be exceed the amount given in NIT (Rs. 12 lakhs) and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ. Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR 2020 Part-II (Rates) including errata and ammendments.
