Dismantling of Structures (Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retainingwalls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, woodwork, steel work, including T&Pand scaffolding wherever necessary, sortingthe dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stackingtheserviceablematerialwithall liftsandlead of 1000 metres) Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet.

EARTH WORK IN FOUNDATION TRENCHES: Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying hand packed stone soling in buildings works with clean hard selected stones, all complete. (Manual).

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including compacting curing etc all complete. 1:2:4 mix. (1cement, 2coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size).

Providing and Laying Random Rubble Stone Masonry in1:4:8 c.c. (1 cement, 4 sand, 8 clean hard graded stone chips of 40 mm nominal gauge) including bond stone, through stone of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 450 mm manufactured in1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 clean coarse sand, 8 clean hard stone aggregate of size 40 mm and down), curing etc , complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge excluding the cost of carriage of materials.

Providing and Laying 15mm thick cement plaster of specified mix in single coat including finishing even and smooth and curing etc all complete. 1:4 Mix

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1Cement: 4 fine sand).

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
