JOB ORDER FOR PROVISION of VOLTAGE STABILISER AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT SERVER ROOM SIGNAL COMPANY UNDER GE(WEST) COLABA,MUMBAI 1. Necessary job order through local trade may please be initiated to carry out under GE(W) Colaba, Mumbai:- (a) Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 25 KVA- Each 01 (b) Supply and fix in replacement Cable, LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duly , IS-7098 Part-II, with stranded aluminum conductor LT 1100 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm X 3.5 core including disconnecting /getting out old unserviceable cable piece complete all as specified and directed.-50 RM- RM 45 (c) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable/ GI pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed- Cum 09 (d) Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed- Cum 04 (e) Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed- Cum 05 (f) Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed- Cum 03 Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately. (g) Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.-3510 Nos Make : Mehatab/Janson-3510Nos- Each 235 (h) M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion- Each 02 Auth : HQ MG & G Area Adm approval No 19/Rev/Mum/2020-21/Q3W dt18 Nov 2020 Code head 1/451/02
