Opening of manhole covers, taking out sludge from septic tanks, inspection chambers, man holes & septik tank etc. mechanically , of any depth, burrying in nearby pit, distance not exc 50 m including necessary earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning sewage lines, carefully by rodding mechanically between two inspection chambers, manholes or septic tank,anydia of pipe sewer lines all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage in WCs traps,floor traps,gully traps and CI/PVC pipes fixed vertically with wall / floor up to Ist MH/Chamber etc.manualy by washing out blocked sludge etc. all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cespits, manholes pier hold etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in trenches, incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, unreinforced in ground floors and paving and not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of 150 mm internal dia of pipe incl incl demolition of SGSW/PVC Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of 100 mm internal dia of pipe incl demolition of SGSW/PVC Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrs as in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe or as required at site after the pipes are laid over the existing bed and tested for 150 mm bore of pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wiere (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) in copings, incl demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch chhanel and making good benching for and forming branch chhanel (1/2 round 3/4section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered white (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasttic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2.0mm-455gms/40-690gms) including dismantling of water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 22.00 above but 500Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exec. 0.09 sqm but not exec. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1: 6 incl dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Size and pattern/texture of Tile must be decide by Engr in charge

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cmX30cmX30mm thick ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old Stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in plinth protection and even and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl joints filled with glass beading icl demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 1mm thick Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 incl demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified and directed.
