Dismantling existing plaster including diposal of refuse

Rough plaster. 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 with cement mortar on rough surface of brick walls consisting of 1 part cement 6 part approved coarse sand inclulding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.

Painting interior wall with one coat of ready mixed priming coat and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix oil band distamper paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Painting or Varnishing iron with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fitting having die cast aluminum body and diffuser with driver set suitable for 45 watt to 50 watt. Confirming to IP 66 and above protection complete in all respect.

Supply and wiring of submain with two numbers 4 Sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100V grade muttistrand single core copper conductor cable in 20mm dia heavy duty (2mm thiek) PVC conduit with one number 2.5 Sqmm. Multistrand copper conduetor cable as earth continuity wire drawn in conduit.

Supply and fixing of 6 Amp. To 32 Amp. SPMCB (10 KA) C Curve.

Supply and fixing of 63 Amp. T.P. Isolator.
