Providing and laying concrete1:4:8

Providing and laying reinforced concrete work at all levels for all kinds of work including labour, materials, equipment, handling, transporting, batching, mixing, supplying & providing admixers, plasticizers (if required by engineer-in-charge) in quantities as per EIC's direction, placing, levelling rendering, cleaning, curing including protecting finished RCC with plastic sheets etc. including dewatering if required, all leads and lifts royalty complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the engineer-in-charge but excluding staging, shuttering and reinforcement work. No separate payment shall by made for admixers, plasticizers b) M-20 aggregate 20 mm nominal size graded). Min. cement content 365 Kg/cum.

Providind Centering & shuttering

Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level but excluding cost of reinforcement shall be issued free of cost by the deptt.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded inbuilt section, trusses and framed work. Including cutting hoisting , fixing in position and applying primming coat.

Fabrication and erection of MS support at TP Point by structural steel , including cutting grinding , welding etc.for disposal pipe lines fitting.

MS Flange

Providing & fixing Fastener- Foundation bolt with nut J type for clamp

Laying the 14" - ERW MS pipe lines, bends, couplings etc on the pedestal and welding the joint after making V shape at joint with D&H make Medio electrode.

Fabrication of bend

Erection and commissioing of 14" ERW MS pipe new or old and rensable pipe bends, cupling etc with good alignment and clamping too strong to carry ash slurry disposal at 06 to 08 kg/cm2 discharge presure successfully along with Transpost the material from t e site store/ central store to working place.

Generator charges beyond power house boundary on job (welding work or part of therof).

Fabrication of MS lateral of size 12"/14” x 12"/14” x 12"/14” of 450 for ash disposal line. Erection & commissioning the same in the ash disposal pipe line.

Installation of KEGV valves/air vents
