Demolition of brickwork or stone/bolder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor tiles, screed bed etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing selviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the defence land remises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings or wall cladding and removal of dismantled material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, benching, bed blocks and the like including necessary form work and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing exposed surfaces of concrete fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and colunms in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size , burnt, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified .

Material and labour for brickwork, with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel frames for doors of size 125x60mm, 1mm thick, with one or more rebates including, hold fasts of 25mm x 4mm FI, 25mm long, 6 Nos in each chowkhat, necessary lugs, 4 Nos 100 mm butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, welded for each frame, lock strike plate, including sanding, tarring backs of chowkhats, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 filling as in back of chowkhats, 2 Nos 12 mm dia tie bars at the bottom of frame etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel door frames of 105x60mm, 1mm thick, with one or more rebates including, hold fasts of 25mm x 4mm FI, 25mm long, 6 Nos in each chowkhat, necessary lugs, 4 Nos 100 mm butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, welded for each frame, lock strike plate, including sanding, tarring backs of chowkhats, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 filling as in back of chowkhats, 2 Nos 12 mm dia tie bars at the bottom of frame etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and Fixing for factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Pattern of door shall be same as that of existing doors.)

Material and labour for second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, elc.;sizesof me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid panel PVC door shutler, 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame, made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' chrume having a PVC sheet sh'ip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. fraine welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC shee beading, and joined together with solven cement, suppling & fixing in the frame a site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings and one shop coat of zinc chromate primer. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated (SINOSUIDAL PATTERN) steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection/PCC path and paving, laid in panels of area not exceeding 1.20 sqm with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of plinth protection/PCC Path and paving and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring/ levelling course etc, finishing exposed surfaces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, using grey cement and pigment, laid in floor, over and including cement screed bed of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick, laid in floor over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.38 above but tiles on vertical surfaces such as dado or skirting laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, printed glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:4), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tile colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Size of tile shall be cut as required.

Material and labour for granite tile or slab (of any type), 16-20mm thick, machine cut and machine polished and moulded as in cooking platform and like etc set in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc. and brushing the surface with neat cement slurry @ 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed.
