Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type (IP 3X), 05 way RMU (Ring Main Unit) 11 KV, 630 Amps, 25kA-3 Sec, IP 3X SF6 insulated, One side Extensible, consisting of Two Nos (02) motorised vacuum circuit breaker (Incomer) and Three Nos (03) motorised vacuum circuit breaker (Outgoing) & Metering Panel Bus PT with Top LV, Battery & Battery charger, Ethernet switch & LIC (Configuration VVVVV+M) inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min thickness 2.5 +/- 0.5mm with IP 67 degree of protection and enhanced BIL of 75 kVp internally to manage voltage surges and Air Insulated Metering Module of Class-1. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions complete with all accessories. HT RMU shall preferably have on-site-repairability features such as site replaceable bushing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done at site immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works, the Vaccum Interrupter must be RMU manufacturer's own make. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. (02) motorised vacuum circuit breaker (Incomer) and One No (01) motorised vacuum circuit breaker (Outgoing) & Metering Panel Bus PT with Top LV, Battery & Battery charger, Ethernet switch & LIU (Configuration VVVV+M), inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min thickness 2.5 +/- 0.5mm with IP 67 degree of protection and enhanced BIL of 75 kVp internally to manage voltage surges and Air Insulated Metering Module of Class-1. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions complete with all accessories. The complete RMU must be type tested for internal arc 25 KA for 1 sec with AFLR classification for gas tank and cable chamber as per IEC 62271-200. HT RMU shall preferably have on-site-repairability features such as site replaceable bushing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done at site immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works, the Vaccum Interrupter must be RMU manufacturer's own make. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings complete all as specified and as required at site:- (for Sub Station No.5, 6 & 10)
Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel, factory made, Type Test Assemble (TTA) Panel for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, AC, 50Hz, cubical, Outdoor type, weather proof, water proof, dust proof, vermin proof, shock proof protection made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size to accommodate accessories/ fittings with front and back double door opening/ lockable by the key from both side with IP 65 protection and provision of suitable bus bar chamber and switch gear compartments for MCCB incoming and outgoing feeders etc. with copper extension links of suitable current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated current carrying capacity of MCCB individual feeder supported on DMC/ epoxy insulator including provision for termination with incoming and outgoing cables with cable glands. LT Panel shall be mounted on 50 x 50 x 6 mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer including PCC foundation of suitable size with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate). All extension link/ interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coded sleeves
SCADA SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Programming of Master Control Station (SCADA Software). The scope shall include services for programming, configuration and customisation of the Smart Station Platform with respect to the Power Supply Module as per actual site conditions and requirement of the engineer complete all as specified and directed with the following specifications and components: (a) Landing Page to depict criritcal paramters viz.- Supply Voltage, Current / Load on Each Feeder, Power Factor, Frequency, Fault Indication due to Earth Fault / Short Circuit, KW, KWH, KVAH, KVARH, RUNHR, ONHR, Interupts, Phase Angle THD, Neutral Current, Max Demand, Operating Temperature and Oil Levels of Transformers etc. (b) Creation of drop down tabs to monitor the all Substations and Remote RTU Panel systems individually. (c) Creation of individual RTU Panel wise schematics and layouts for the Power Distribution system as per the actual site including display of all relevant parameters viz. - Supply Voltage, Current / Load on Each Feeder, Power Factor, Frequency, Fault Indication due to Earth Fault / Short Circuit, KW, KWH, KVAH, KVARH, RUNHR, ONHR, Interupts, Phase Angle THD, Neutral Current, Max Demand, Operating Temperature and Oil Levels of Transformers etc.
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor type, having Canopy and Double Door for weather protection, Floor Mounted RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) based Automation, Protection Panel with wireless Radio Frequency based communication. The panel should be of minimum size 1000(H) X 950(W) X 300(D) mm fabricated from 3.15 mm CRCA Sheet. Control Panel should be suitable for Remote Monitoring and Controlling of one No. 5 Way RMU (Ring Main Unit) (Location:- Substation) complete all as specified and directed. The Panel shall comprise of the following items:- (a) Circuit Breaker (ON & OFF status) (b) Trip Circuit Healthy (c) Spring charged (d) Auto Tripped (e) R,Y, B - indications (f) Service Position & Test Position (g) Digital value of current for all three phases for all Modules (h) Digital value of voltage from the PT (wherever PT exists)
