Power Transformer :-

Checking of Auto starting of fans, External cleaning of radiators, Cleaning of marshalling boxes of transformer/reactor and OLTC, (ii) Tightening of terminations, Checking of OLTC driving mechanism, Electrical checking/ testing of pressure relief device, Buchholz relay, OLTC surge relay/ checking of alarm/ trip and checking of alarm/ trip and checking/ replacement of the gaskets of the terminal box, Checking / Tightning of earthing connections, Checking of earth resistance of Neutral, Replacement of Silca Gel of breathers and oil toping of transformers 50MVA and above including tandelta testing of bushing/ winding & DGA/ BDV testing of transformer oil. checking of oil leakage of the transformer.

Draning/ De-sludging of transformer oil of transformers

Supply of oil filitration and dehydration of transformer

Reparing of cooling fans of transformers including replacement of damaged winding, bearing etc.

Lifting of top lid of power transformer for complete physical inspection & replacement of gaskets.

Replacement of damaged core bolts/Earthning strip etc.

Circuit Breaker :- Checking of SF6 gas pressure drop during duty cycle operation check, Checking of auto-starting / stopping of oil pump,pressure switch setting,etc, Checking of healthiness of accumulator by checking the pre-charging pressure when building up pressure from zero, Checking of operation of safety valve, Cleaning of breaker units, checking of protection equipmentsand replacement of defective ones, i.e., complete inspection and testing of SF6 type circuit breakers inclusive of operating mechanism. Maintaning gas levels, venting of circuit breakers, replacement of o-rings , gas kits including circuit breaker anylises by CBA etc.

Current Transformers :- Checking of bellow expansion, Checking of oil leakage in terminal box, Checking of primary connection strips, Checking of healthiness of gaskets,Checking the tightness of all connections including earthing of PF terminal, Cleaning of marshalling box and junction box, Checking cleanliness / tightness of all electrical connections including earthing of all marshalling boxes, CT secondary terminal, space heater and illumination, healthiness of secondary terminal bushing, checking of oil level, measurement of IR value tightening of jumpers, CT anylises with the help of CTA etc.

CVT's / PT's :- Visual checking of earthing HF point (in case it is not being used for PLCC,Checking of any breakage or cracks in cementing joint, Cleaning of CVT capacitor stacks and tightness of terminal connections, Checking of space heater and illumination,Checking and tightness of all connections including earth connections Cleaning of marshalling box and junction box, Checking of healthiness of gaskets, Checking of neutral earthing in CVT, healthiness of all gaskets and oil level. Measurement of IR value and tightening of all connections and droppers.

Surge Arrestors :- Checking of leakage current(third harmonic resistive current), Testing of counters and leakage current meters, Cleaning of insulators, Checking of earth connections between surge arrester,surge monitor and earth, Checking of leakage current after cleaning of porcelain surface, cleaning of LA insulators. Measurement of IR value and tightening of droppers and testing of counter and leakage of current meters, Cleaning of insulators, Checking of earth cennections between surge arrester, Surge moniter and Earth.

Isolators :- Maintenance of linkages including transmission gears, stopper bolts. Cleaning of auxiliary switch contacts and greasing with silca grease, cleaning of support insulators, termination contacts, checking of elecctrical / mechanical interlocks with E/S and CB, mounting bolts, alignment, nuts, pins, space heater, illumination, healthiness of gaskets, auxiliary contacts, alignment of earthing blades, operation of earth switch, almunium / copper flexible conductor, earth connections of structures and MB. lubrication of operating mechanism, hinges lock joints, levers, bearings, main contacts, cleaning of post insulators, tightening of clamps.

Reparing of Three phase/single phase motors of isolators including replacement of damaged winding and bearing.

Post Insulators :- Checking of insulators for cracks and cleaning of insulators.

Gantry Columns and Beams :- Tightening of all nuts / bolts and providing of missing nuts / bolts and damaged members

DROPERS/JUMPERS/Clamps :- Replacement of damaged / burnt droppers or jumpers or Clamps of isolators/ breakers/transformers /CT/PT etc. 220/132/33kV Yard

Illumination System :- Checking of healthiness of fittings in station buildings, outdoor switch yard, repairing and replacement if required, lighting of panels. Tightening of terminals etc.

Battery Bank: Checking and cleaning of battery cell terminals, application of patrolum gelly, if required, conduction of battery impendence test and discharge test checking voltage temperature, current, sp. Gravity of individual cells as well as terminals voltage, battery dischrge testing etc.

Battery Charger :- Checking of control cards, measurement of test point voltage values, testing of DC earthfault and U/V relays, IR measurement of charger transformer, checking of earthing etc. Checking of charger panel / DCDB for electrical connections, cleanliness etc.

Protection System :- Checking of relays and application of CCl4 for cleaning, replacement of worn out / defunct relays, checking and replacement of control wiring, if required, primery & secondery injection testing etc.

L.T. Transformer :- Testing of oil BDV, IR measurement, Testing /checking of OTI,WTI and Buchholz (if provided, Checking of healthiness of Pressure relief diaphragm, Checking healthiness of Buchholz relay, Checking tightness of earthing connections L.T Pannel: Cleaning of panels,bus bar insulators etc. Relays Testing, Tightning of all electrical connections,Checking of indicating meters ,Check for change-over facility, if provided,Check operation /indications in OFF Load condition of MCCB,

Earthing Mat :- Measurment of earth resistivity, checking of electrical continuity of equipment earthings, tightening of earthing connectors, removal of rust from bolted earth connectors and tightening. 220/132kV

DC Distribution Board :- Checking of connections, wiring, replacement of wiring if needed and checking of healthiness of all D/C lights.

125/63kV DG set: Checking of DG set incl battery ,charger , MCCB's overloading, filling of M-OIL and replacement of same, change of filters if required, grazing and tightening of Nuts and bolts and electrical connections at all Grid Sub Staions.

Fire Protection System:- Refilling of fire fighting CO2 and dry chemical powder gas cylinders, providing of Nosels etc.

Upkeep of Conference Hall and Div. Office by way of replacement of sewage pipes and cleaning arrangement of washroom and water supply system including Maintenance of Elevator and AC system of Conference Hall

Repairing and maintenance of AC system incl checking of stabilizers and necessary service at all Grid Sub Stations.

Providing and fixing of LED Bulbs 9W in the Grid Sub Station/Divisional /Sub Divisional offices / Stores

Repair of data logging system at Grid Station Budgam

Deweeding of peripheral areas of all Grid Stations and Div Stores

Sweeper arrangement of Control Room Buildings (4 Nos) and Div Office entire building Disintefects, Cleaning clothes .(Rate per Month).

Plumbing work, repairing, fitting pipes, joints, repairing of exaust fans and geysers etc .(Rate per Grid Station).

Cleaning of trenches (septic/Cable trenches) Water Tanks at various Grid Stations.(Rate to be quoted per Grid Station).

Repairing of water Motor upto 1 H.P

Filling of sand buckets by way of sand for fire extinguishing system at 4 no Grid Stations.

Catridge replacement/refilling

Providing and printing of Log Books for various Grid Stations(rate per log book

Earth filling of Divisional Stores at Bemina to avoid water stagnation incl carriage (Approx. 200 CUM)

General inspection, cleaning, tightening of electrical connections of C &R pannels, D C /AC Diatrbution pannels etc

Renovation of Washrooms including setting rights of Tiles, pipes and accessories at all Grid Stations & Divisional Office (Rate to be quoted/washroom)
