25mm thick cement plaster on new surface on walls in two coats including smooth finishing in cement sand mortar (1:3) including raking of joints etc.

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1:2:4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water proof compound complete as per specification. 50mm Thick.
