Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation & getting out in for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Hard soil, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation & getting out in for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry tibba sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay un reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, type 1, flat of size 300 x 180 x 40 mm. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cms in width and not exceeding 60 cms in depth for laying of HT UG cable protection piep line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply from the existing RMU/VCB/Transformer/HT poles and meggering the HT under ground cable for its IR value and ensuring the servicebility by HT megger,locating the faults by HT fault finder instrument for any distance and reconnect the HT cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Joint kit and HT UG Cable shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply and laying/spreading 40 mm graded stone aggregate 80 mm thick of any description and in any position at electrical 2/4 pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and inclduing GI Strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion inclduing excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and directed with earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS. Note:- (i) In case earth resistance valve is more than 5.0 ohms while initial testing, the contractor wiil re-execute the earthing at no extra cost. (ii) The earthig lead i.e 32x6 mm GI strip from electrode onwords shall be suitably protected by 40 mm GI pipe light grade of 7 meter length and suitable GI testing clamp of size 32x6 mm in to be fixed on wall for regular testing of earthing valve.

M&L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipes or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32X6mm galvanised iron strip all as specified.

Carrying out calibration of HT VCB panel including VCB 800/630/400 Amps, Make:ABB, after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and VCB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of VCB isolating contacts, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary, with and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc., under the supervision of M/s ABB or authorised dealer/ representative, and refixing the panel in its original position and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge . Note for Item No.23 : (i) The quoted Rate shall be deemed to include all minor spares etc. (ii) If any burnt out/defective items like moving/fixed contacts, tripping coils,earth fault relay etc. will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Spare parts required other than mentioned here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for repairing/ servicing calibrating / testing /setting of fault tripping and recommissioning complete as mentioned in maintance and operation manual of 11 KV HT RMU SF6 (MCR)breaker all as per OEM instructions.(Make:- CG /ABB) (Note : SF6 Gas charging will be measured and paid seperately (i) Repairing / servicing shall be carried out through O.E.M of manufactures engineering / technician only. (ii) Cost of small spares like gasket, battery,O ring nuts, bolts and lubricants / cleaning required for servicing of RMU is deemed to be included in the coated rate. However cost of the major spare parts will be measured and paid separatly under revelant items of Sch'A'.
