Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, welded wire mesh and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel work as in fencing posts, struts in fencing embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing mild steel bolts ( machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each srewed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, diameter of neck 05 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per item No 12 here-in- before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

Supply and fixing mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required quality conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 or Fe-410 W ( grade -E-250) quality A including cranking , bending , fixed to chain link fencing as guard bars binding with and including MS wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia including securing or tying complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of oblong wire mesh size 50x50 , weight n exc 4kg/ sqm complete all as specified & directed. ( Note :-Fixing shall be paid under item No 16 below )

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Supply and fixing Concertina coil: 600 mm Dia/56 Loops/2.5 mm core wire. Coil Diameter: 600 mm. Type of Strip: Heavy Galvanized (IS 1730). Type of Core wire: Heavy Galvanized (IS 280-2006). Core wire Diameter: 2.50 mm Dia. Zinc Coating to Strip: Minimum 200 GSM/Sqmm. Zine Coating on wire: Minimum 275 GSM/Sqmm (IS 6745-1972 reaffirmed 2006). Tensile Strength of wire: 1400-1500 N/Sq.mm. Weight: 14.63 Kg (+ 5%). Number of Loops: 56. Blade Length: 22 mm. Barb Profile: Medium Blade (MBBT). Distance Between Barb: 35 mm. Stretchable length: 12 mtrs, Type of clip: Hardened Steelin Galvanized steel. (Wt: 8 Kg (5 % +-) per 6 to 8 Mtr ) all as speciified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note:- The make shall be got approved by GE conforming to the specification before procurement.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde -E-250 ) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits( if any ) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or batter rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of pillar, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions Rough finished surface of concrete square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts,footings,foundation beams,bases for columns complete all as specified.

Material & Labour 18 to 20 mm thick granite stone on vertical surfaces or kichen slab including making hole for gas pipe line including rubbing and polishing and front portion rounded and chamfered complete laid over & including bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.
