Taking out old unsv meter and DB box wooden/steel any size any description, carefully after disconnecting incoming and outgoing supply from energy meters, taking out energy meters very carefully after taking reading of energy meter, marking the house no on the meter and indetifing the outgoing circuit in presence of user and MES rep. and making good the disturbed surface using brick work, cement work, plaster and colour wash to match the adjoining area of wall. Note : Cost of makig good disturbed surface in all respect is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for fabrication and fixing of energy meter box havng IP -42 protection as per IS spections,fabicated out of CRCA sheet 1.6 mm thick ,not less than 14 gauge sheet of size 100x 60 x 30 cm having total 06 compartment ,i.e 04 for fixing of single phase energy meter with one No MCB SPN on DIN rail , 01 for fixing of 4 pole MCCB 63/100 amps as incomer and one for three phase TPN bus bar. Each compartment shall be provided with 3 mm thick hylem sheet for making meter box shock prof. Incomer compartment of meter box shall be provided with MS gland for cable entry of size 4 core 25 sqmm, each copmpartment should have independent non breakable glass cover in upper half portion for taking the reading with locking arrangement . Meter box shall have following: (a) TPN copper bus bar (Tin plated) of capacity 100 Amps mounted on epoxy insulators insulated with heat shrink colour coded sleeves. (b) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole, 16KA with adjustable thermal magnetic protection 0.7 to 1.0 times of current rating- 01 No (c) MCB SPN 32 Amps -4 Nos (To be fixed alogwith meter on DIN rail), (d) Internal wiring with 6 Sqmm copper cable sigle core multistranded from busbar to meter and meter to MCB SPN. Meter box shall be semi glossy finish with powder coated sprayed paint and baked at high temprature. Meter box shall be fixed (partially embedded) on wall including making nitch in walls and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but meter box of size 180x60x30 cm having 10 compartments ie 08 for fixing of single phase energy meter with 01 No. MCB SPN mounted on din rail, 01 No for fixing of 04 pole MCCB 63/100 Amps as incomer and 01 TPN bus bar and meter box with the follwing items:- (a) TPN copper bus bar (Tin plated) of capacity 200 Amps mounted on epoxy insulators insulated with heat shrink colour coded sleeves. Returning, filling in (soils) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully and sevicing to geyser of capacity 25/50 ltr of any make, taking out inner tank, heating elements, thermostate water water assy etc and descaling the deposits by scrapping and carrying out soldering/ brazing/gas welding to prevent the leakage, refilling of glass wool &refixing of parts including replacement of required number of stainless steel screws, nuts & bolts,assembled the the same after repair work and re-fixed its orginal place etc complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
