Deepening the harbour basin and mouth by using appropraite dredger / excavation . dredger having a flow rate of 700 to 1000m3 slurry per hour with a solid output of not less than 127.5 m3/hour and dumping the spoil at location already pointed out by the departmental officers with a lead up to a radial distance of 500m, including hire charges of dredger, all tools and plants and accesories , fuel charges, idling and mobilisation charges, providing and shifting the pipe lines including all labour charges, incidental charges etc. and other taxes complete for a depth upto (-) 3m bedlevel with a tolerance of +/- 20cm. Carriage for 5.0 km lead by Mechanical Transport including loading, Unloading , proper stacking, including the cost / rent of stocking yard. Desiltation & Desalination of collected material using appropriate enviornmental friendly method and producing and properly stacking good quality sand fit for construction, without causing any distrubances to public. including all taxes. (The payment against submitted bills is only for quantity of saleable sand.)
