STEEL REINFORCEMENT : TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

PLASTERING :Rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.: cement plaster 1:6. Rendering is to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

NET FINISHING EXTRA CEMENT : Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, if the additional thickness is provided as floating/setting coat.

WEARPROOF TOPPING: Proving & Laying 20mm thick Wearproof topping with PCC, 1:2:4 (6mm graded aggregate with 15% dust) incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner, laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even & smooth by Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

WEARPROOF TOPPING: Suppy only Metallic floor hardener, quality as approved by MSF Authority. Quantity- minimum 3.0 Kg per 1.0 Sqm or as per manufacturer specification.

MS FRAME WORK : Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Suppy & Painting in structural steel with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication

DOWNTAKE PIPE (M&L) : Supplying, laying, cutting, fitting & fixing of 100mm dia MS ERW PIPE fixed to walls complete with suport, fitting bend, tees, flanges and all necessary accessories in any lenth laid in trenches. the joints of pipeline should be made water proof. M&L a) 100mm dia MS ERW PIPE

CLEANING OF VALLEY GUTTER & DOWN TAKE PIPES ETC : Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories. Cleaning properly the smoke dust, silt, leaves & other materials from the valley gutter & down take pipes of any size, description & nature at any place,position & height as per site requirerment including cleaning & removing of rubbish connected with surface drains (open or covered) laying inside the section upto the outside main drain as per instruction of S-I-C.Rain water must pass smoothly without any leakage through valley gutter & downtake pipes. Applying evently a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate 1.2 kg/sqm. Whole job should be completed as per direction of E-I-C.

PAINTING : Supply & painting in Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint

CONTRACTORS' PROPERTY/ CREDIT ITEM: The dismantled materials will be contractor's property & deduction will be made on these materials.The contractor should visit the site before making quotation. b) CGI Sheets/CGI Curve Sheets
