Taking down and servicing for HT switch gear VCB of capacity 400-630 Amp capacity ,11KV by tripping off the breaker and draw out the trolley and servicing and overhauling the mechanical parts with applying the grease for lubricant and CTC for cleaning the carbon spots and checking the control wiring and tripping mechanism, replacement of damaged minor parts such as control wiring, ferrules, HRC fuse, caliberation of IDMT/Microprocessor numerical/digital relay existing on panels with secondery injection kit and setting the relay of earth fault, short circuit, time delay settings as per existing load of feeder and all as specified and direted by engr-in-charge at 33 KV MRS and depot area.

Taking down and servicing for HT switch gear RMU of 2/3/4 way ,11KV out door type tripping off the breaker servicing and overhauling the mechanical parts with applying the grease as a lubricant and CTC for cleaning the carbon spots and checking the control wiring and tripping mechanism, replacement of damaged minor parts such as control wiring, ferrules, HRC fuses etc, calibration of rocessor numerical/digital relay existing on panels with secondery injection kit and setting the relay of earth fault, short circuit, time delay settings as per existing load of feeder and all as specified and direted by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for in replacement of taking down and replace the vacumeinterruptor of existing VCB's of any make and connecting arrangement and all as required and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of tripping coil suitable for VCB 400 to 630 Amps to trip the VCB with the operating voltage of 24 vols DC supply and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing , commissioning in replacement of microprocessor relay of 24 volts DC supply operated with earth fault ,over current and with TDS to protect the HT VCB/RMU of 400 to 630 Amps alongwith control wiring of CT primary/secondary winding and all as specified and directed.Make : Schneider Model MICOM P-111.

Labor only taking out the HT UG cable by disconnecting the existing electric connection and shifting the cable one lacation to another location safely for relaying the same in side the depot area and all as specified and directed at site. Note : i). Earth work and protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. ii). Outdoor/indoor cable end termination/straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed and (earthed) PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volts grade Earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-II) of 1985 and size three core 120 sqmm 3 Core and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on read/pole all as required and directed at site. Note : i). Earth work and protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. ii). Outdoor/indoor cable end terminatioin/straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of the pole or in any situation all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of 11 KV outdoor type, gang operated Air break switch 200 Amp rated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 25mm GI pipe (Med grade) operating rod of suitable length with expulsion fuses of rating upto 200 Amp comprising of 12 insulators including taking down of old unsv god of any descreption all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.75 meters below normal ground level connection to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of steel bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to termination points (transformer neutral, transformer body and LT panel body) including supply and laying charcoal dust and common salt mixture all around the plate 300 mm thick chamber PCC : 1:2:4 type B-1 MS angle iron frame 40x40x3 mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm stone graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh , 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all a+E16s shown in drawing and connected to LT panel including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type heat shrinkable end termination cabale joint kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 -185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type heat shrinkable end termination cabale joint kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 -185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing straight through heat shrinkable cable joint kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core120- 185 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

All T&P expenditure for for tracing out the HT UG cable fault by pin point with cable fault locating machine mounted vehicle including all T&P expenditure to rectify the fault within 24 hrs to restore the supply of HT 11 KV feeder at Banar Mil station and all as sppecified. Note : The fault will be measured one unit by charging of one HT cable , multiple faults at same cable will be measured single fault nad HT Cable joints will be measured and paid seperately and earth work will be paid under relevent item of Schedule.

Labor only for relaying the jodhpur stone quarry stone slab (retrieved from Srl item No-07) including loading from one location to shift other location and unloading within 5KM distance of the cover 25 to 30cm in width, 60cm long and 40 to 50mm thick laid in trenches and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand covered under ground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement tubes 'light grade' galvanized with all fitting laid in trenches/on wall/pole/under road crossing/under existing bridge with suitable clamps made by FI 25x3mm if required to fix on wall/pole of size 80 mm dia including all fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement tubes 'light grade' galvanized with all fitting laid in trenches/on wall/pole/under road crossing/under existing bridge with suitable clamps made bt FI 25x3mm if required to fix on wall/pole of size 100 mm dia including all fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holesfor bolt. In any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint and all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting the road / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.40 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete and matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitrous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of appropriate size for 11 KV system size 25 x 20 cm all as specified and confirming to to IS : 2551-1982.

Supply fixing and connecting and testing in replacement of single pole zinc oxide (gapless surge type) heavy duty transmission class, self supporting outdoor type lighting arrester having rated voltage 09 KV (rms) discharge corrent 65 KA insulation level 28/75 KV/KVP (Peak) suitable for rated system voltage of 11 KV supply system with maximum continuous operating v oltage (MCOV) not less than 7.65 KV (rms) with highly non linear ceramic resister made of zinc oxide in hermetically sealed container complete with metal base, base inculator and suitable terminals for ground connections and pressure relieving arragement complete all as specified Note : The rate quoted against above item shall include necessary fixing arrangement of lightening arresster on two pole/four pole structure as per recommendations of manufactures.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick of excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a leval not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tibba sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of gasket for packing set of any size suitable for transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA made out of 6 mm thick cock sheet single piece including removing old unserviceable packing kit/ set cleaning the surface of the top cover etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- The cost of opening of transformer cover/ top if required deemed to be included in the item rate of respective item .

M&L for Disconnect the HT/LT side electric connection and Transporting, installation and making all necessry connection of any capacity up to 400 KVA on PCC plate form or 2 pole/4 pole sturucture from One location to other location of AOR GE Banar Army area including loading / unloading or depositing the transformer to E/M yard complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Centrifuging of transformer oil to bring the dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 50 KV for transformer or HT OCB of any capacity at any site in the AOR GE Banar complete all as directed.

Supply and topup the transformer oil in factory sealed barrel with IS-336 of di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap and toping up the oil where ever required in A A Banar and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of transformer silica gel breather complete with all accessories for transformer of any capacity up to 400 KVA all as directed at site.

M&L for replacing the transformer silica gel by opening the breather of transformer of any capacity all as directed at site.

Material and labour for replacing the rubber bush packing seal on HT/LT side studs of capacity of upto 500 KVA transformer and ensuring the no leakage of transformer oil including taking out the HT/LT cable connection and refixing the cable after rectifying the leakage of oil and all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Supply, design, Installation, testing and commissioning of totally enclosed busbar chamber of outdoor type IP-55 protection fabricated out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type including locking arrangement, aluminum bus bar 400Amp rating with air tight insulated mounted on insulators, incoming and outgoing cable chamer suitable for size upto 185 Sqmm HT cable complete suitable for operation of 11000 volts grade , 50 hz, AC supply having Angle iron frame with legs of 50Cm height made out of 65x65x6mm angle iron grouted on PCC (1:3:6) and platform should be 50cm above the normal ground level and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 11000 volts grade HRC fuse barrel type of rating upto 63 Amps suitable for existing VCB/breaker of any make and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading the stone aggregate 40mm size under 2/4 HT pole structure or sub station area by removing the vegetation, dressing the surface and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bore well earthing in replacement by drilling 150mm dia (06") bore with mechanical boring machine up to 30 mtr depth and provoding the 150mmdia MS casing pipe heavy duty 6mm wall thickness-10mtr length, including lowering the 50mm dia heavy duty GI pipe duly drilled all around 15 mm dia hole at a distance of 200 mm from hole to hole upto min 20 mtr depth upto water level and connecting top edge of pipe with galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 Mtr and grouted the casing pipe at top edge with PCC !:3:6 B2 type with 40mm graded stone aggregate and top of GiI pipe will be clamped with FI clamps made by 60x10mm with nut bolts and earth resistance test will be carrid out after completion of work and all as directed incl test point.
