Demolition Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Drain cover,manhole cover,Beam,Slab & etc all as specified

M&L for precast RCC cover slab for drain and manhole cover at type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)& set in 1:6 including all necessary formwork and finishing exposed concrete surface without using extra cement comnplete all as specified

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified

Demolition of Un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete designer tiles 30cmx30cmx22-25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement in equal portition and pigments incl 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 with grey cement and pigments comnplete all as specified.

M & L for 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base comnplete all as specified.

M&L for 60 mm thick coloured rubber moulded factory made machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver ofM30 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 of any colour and design as approved made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved shape, size, colour and pattern, jointed and pointed in grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

S&F for granite 18 to 20 mm thick (of any type) tiles, machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing , moulding edges as directed and for platform of treee edges complete incl 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as backing

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone ( machinical crushted ) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 80cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc comnplete all as specified.

S&F for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity including taking down old one comnplete all as specified.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grage St-240 complete all as specified and directed

S & F for as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops toshape as directed,drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary arrangement and similar works conforming to Fe290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 comnplete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of redoxide primer comnplete all as specified.

S&F in repair Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F for MS galvanised chain link fencing with PVC coating weight not less tha 2.50 kg per square meter and dia of wire not less than 2.4 mm wit 1.5mm thick PVC coating and aperture of mesh 50mm x 50mm size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members of weight n.exc 4 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 600 mm dia punched type concertina coil as per IS:4454 with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS:513 deep drawn quality with galavaising coating having medium barbs (bard length 24+1 mm pitch between two barbs 35+1 mm) fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post stretched to a length of 6 to 8 mm to achieve 600 mm dia as in fencing to steel post and to another coil/MS ribs including fixing with special galvanised fasterners such as J clips C clips U clips all as specified and directed.Note:- After stretching the coil the length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement comnplete all as specified

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick and stone wall built in cement mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar, 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of cement mortar plaster of any description and preparation of surfaces for receiving new plaster including racking out of joints ccomplete all as specified and directed

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete and stone surfaces,finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new/pld plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint (acryalic emulsion paint) over coat of primer complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick precast RCC designer jallies type B0 , 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) (measured solid) , including all mould- ings etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Providing precast ce- ment concrete 1:2:4 type B1 , (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham fers, weatherings,throat- ing etc. and complete with joints to matchsetting in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specifed and as directed..

Cleaning of water tank of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 Ltr removing all scale and dirt etc. by brushing with iron brushes, removing green algae etc. by using bleaching powder, all from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc. complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. (Note : The Contractor will write date of cleaning on tank as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.)

M&L for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kg per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm -1.2mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the direction/ supervision of the Engineer-in-charge, all complete. The above textured coating should conform to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476:Part 7:1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces complete all as specifed and as directed.. Make:- Bakelite Hylam Limited or equivalent make approved by the GE.

Taking down out (desilting) silt, brick bats debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi solid state from Manholes of any capacites including pumping out sludge wherever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lighning in side the manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lightning in side the manholes and taking down similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc to out side MD land and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out silt, liquid waste, sludge etc. in solid/semi solid state from septic tanks of various capacities and suitably disposed off outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
