SCHEDULE `A' PART-X MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 10 to 36 The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

FLAME PROOF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix flame proof MCB DB SPN, 230V, 6 Way Horizontal double door type powder coated sheet steel enclosure with following:- (a) MCB SPN 32 AMP' C ' curve type--01 No. (b) MCB SP 6 A' C ' curve type--4 Nos

Supply and fix flame proof MCB VDB TPN, 415V, 4 Way Horizontal double door type powder coated sheet steel enclosure with following:- (a) MCCB FP 125 AMP -- 01 No. (b) MCB SP 6A-- 3 Nos.

Material and labour for electrostatic discharge (ESD) touch plate 150 x 150mm made out of stainless steel on acrylic backing, brushed effect, decay time less than 2 sec resistance to ground 2.2 Mega OHM with copper cord complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

Material and labour for 250mm thick (in two layers of 125mm thick) GSB grade II using kankar or laterite as per MORTH specification, surface formed, watered and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient by using earth compactor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) with coarse & fine aggregates, size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 20mm and compressive strength not less than 10MPa at 7 days for each consecutive group of 5 cube or individual strength of cube shall not be less than 7.5 Mpa at 7 days using table 600-1 for grading of aggregate minimum cement content shall not be less than 150Kg/ Cum as per MORTH. IRC specification 49 incl spreading and compacted by using mechanical vibratory roller or capacity 8 to 12 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (in two layers each 75 mm thick compacted seperately) using coarse aggregate of specification grade as per MORTH spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber and shape using mechnical paver/grader and tendem vibratory roller/ earth compactor of capacity exc. 8 tonne and n. exc. 15 tonne at OMC to achieve the min 98% density at MOD determined using modified density determination method as per IS code on prepared subgrade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 400 micron HDPE polythene film as per ASTM D-2103, IS-2508 black laid over fine sand layer with side and end overlapping shall not be less than 300mm complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for Pavement Quality Concrete (Thickness of concrete shall be 225mm) in pavement/dispersal/links/taxi etc of flexural strength 40 Kg/Sqcm in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre mixed with polyester non circular virgin synthetic monofilament fibres @ 1 kg/cum of weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, spread and compacted including necessary steel form work finishing , belting, curing, brooming/tinning using TCM complete all as specified and as directed. Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to as per IRC 44-2017 & IS -456.

Note: (i) Admixture if required as per approved design mix shall be added and cost of Admixture shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule. However mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Polyester non circular virgin synthetic monofilament fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule. However mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Trimming of vertical edges of construction joint (longitudinal and traverse) shall be carried out using sawing machine to maintain straight edge before laying of adjacent /subsequent lane. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

(v) Minimum cement content per cum of concrete shall be 400 kg/cum. However actual cement content shall be worked out as per design mix and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (vi) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste form work for total thickness. (vii) The trial will be executed as per above specification and shall be got approved from GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (viii) Curing compound will be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry, and rate for use of curing compound shall be incl in quoted rate.

Supply only admixture complast SP-430-A-1 including plant and labour for mixing the above admixture in PQC.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide using diamond cutter and sealed with polyurethane selant complises with BS:5215 (type-FB), minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene backup rod shall be 12mm and priming the sides ,provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 12 mm dia and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming expansion joint 20 mm wide throughout the PQC depth filled with DURA filler board HD100(brand supreme or equivalant) applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete width of joint, provision of closed celled polyethylene backup rod 25mm dia, filled with polyurethane selant(Minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 15 mm) complies with BS:5215 (type-FB) and priming the sides and applying the masking tape on edges of point to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab 225mm complate all specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65 mm deep x 6 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and filled with expanded polyurethane foam (Armour Board) applying bond breaker tape on top of Armour board for complete width of joint, provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 12mm dia sealed with 15 mm (depth minimum above backup rod) polyurethane sealant complies with BS-5215 (type-FB) priming the sides, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos. 17, 18 and 19.:- (i) The quoted rates includes for any extra form work if required to form joints. (ii) No deduction shall be made from cement concrete for contraction (Dummy) joints and construction joints. Deduction shall however be made for expansion joints. (iii) Contractor will submitt Guarantee for sealant for minimum of 10 years duly supported with technical details support directly from manufacture.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply intsall testing & commissioning feeder pillar box cubicle type floor mounted out door type made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet weather proof hinged cover with locking arrangement suitaable size to accommodate the following controls. (a) MCCB FP 125 Amp 10 KA - 1 Nos.(I/C) (b). MCCB FP 63 Amp 25 KA - 3 Nos. (c) Ammeter (0 - 200 A) - 3 Nos. (d) Voltmeter (0 - 500 V) - 1 Nos. (e) CTs ( 0 - 200 A) - 1 Set(h) Busbar 200 Amps - 1 set complete wiring of panel & Installation all as specified.

Material and labour for dry tibba sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Boring of holes under road not less then 0.6mtr depth by trenchless mannual boring by using augar and laying of necessary GI pipe of suitable dia including jointing and cable pulling complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION (E/M PORTION)

Material and labour for Steel tubular swaged pole completewith cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts, nuts & screws type 410 SP-80(16 metres long) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC Insulated, FRLS Round sheathed ,Bright annealed bare copper conductor Heavy duty industrial cable of size 6 sqmm 2 core for aviation light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED Aviation obstruction light 12 watt with light dependent sensor, IP65 protected complete all as specified and directed. Make- Surya Roshni, Cat No SLE AL 108 LDR SEN.

EOT CRANE

Design,Supply & fix, tesing and commissioning indoor type medium duity electrically operated flame proof, double girder overhead travelling crane (EOT) duty class M-5 design and manufacturing in accordance to IS-3177 of 1999, IS-807 of 2006 and IS-2148 capable to handle 2 Ton capacity load (SWL) with centre to centre clear span 9.5 Mtr Span, 36 Mtr travel length longitudinal travel limited to 1.5 Mtr away from the wallon both side, 3.5 Mtr hook lift pendant complete suitable for 415 Volt 3 phase 4 wire AC supply system, with clear hook height 3.5 Mtr from FFL all electrical components , control cables of suitable size, limit switches, electrical control panel safety controlled etc, floor operated with moveable pendent controlled to be operated by means of push botton station from floor level independently of crab, position with protative panel including down shop lead(DSL)trailing cable for CT motion and DSL of Feston type with FRLSH cable LT motion complete all as including painting with fire resistance paint as per manufacturers instruction , specification all as per the standard norms .

The motors area used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting, reversing and and braking in accordance with IS-325, motors are TEFC, dust proof, flame proof, insulation class F, IP-54 protection forr hoisting CT & LT motions. The speed of motor shall be control using variable speed by installing VVVF drive in the control panel. The wheel & hook should be coated with non ferous metal to avoid metal to metal contact.
