Construction of DVOR at Katihar station. SH- Provision of Electrical and Fire protection system of DVOR Katihar station.

A. SH-I IP based Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguisher Supplying, installation,testing & commissioning of IP based Addressable fire alarm panel,LCD display, having minumum 01 loop card, complying relevant national fire alarm code for local fire alarm system with mimic diagram for all area / zone covered,complete with all connections. The panel shall have single mode networkcard having on board single mode fiber connectivity port, RS485 port & TCP/IP port with redundancy.The panel shall have input of 240 volts AC power supply,inbuilt automatic battery charger, 24volts, 2X12volts, 7Ah sealed lead acid maintenance free batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal power backup & working, interconnections. The panel shall be UL / EN / FM listed and along with GSM auto dialer facility (20 Nos min.) etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) addressable multi sensor Heat cum smoke detector base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications ,complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors).

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Addressable Manual call station (Resetable pull / push type) suitable for semi flush mounting, IP 54 for indoor use & IP 65 for outdoor use with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with double gang outlet box, equipment for key operated test-reset lock. Manual pull station shall be connected with two wire to SLC loop of Fire Control Panel. Cover shall be made out of LEXAN (or poly carbonate equivalent) with clear operating instruction and the word Fire appearing on the front complete with connections etc. as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Hooter-cum- strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with adjustable sound level in the range of min. 90 db to Max. 120 db at 1M distance complete with termination etc. as required and as per enclosed specification.

Supply and laying of 2 core , 1.5 sq. mm . Fire Survival cable , armoured copper conductor of 600/1000 V grade, insulated with specially formulated PVC , coated with special fire resistance materials and overall sheathed with special PVC, with special properties as Zero Halogen Low Smoke insulation Basic construction as per BS 7846 -2009 with accessories Llike juction boxes, shaddle, clamp, screws etc. & circuit integrity as per BS 6387 C.W.Z/BS EN 50200.

B. SH-II Aerosol based Fire suppression system SITC of Aerosol based Fire Suppression System consisting of Aerosol generator having aerosol mass of 60 gm shall be thermally actuated by means of aluminium alloy thermal sensor complying to UL 2775/EN 15276-1 that can be mounted over the generator itself. The housing shall be constructed of stainless steel shell. Housing shall be sealed with a non permeable membrane. Aerosol generated shall be potassium based. Agent shall have no ozone depletion potential and no global warming potential. Agent shall be listed by the US EPA under the SNAP program/ (ISO-17025 & ISO-15779). Fixed Condensed Aerosol Systems per NFPA 2010. Design density of the aerosol should be less than 100g/cu.mtr for Class A, B & C fires as per NFPA. The Aerosol generator should have self life of 15 years. Aerosol generator shall be supplied with Stainless steel Bracket & Thermal Sensor.

SITC of Aerosol Generator having aerosol mass of 500gm shall be electrically actuated by means of Fire Alarm cum Release Panel. The housing shall be constructed of stainless steel shell.Housing shall be sealed with a non permeable membrane. Aerosol generated shall be potassium based. Agent shall have no ozone depletion potential and no global warming potential. Agent shall be listed by the US EPA under the SNAP program/(ISO-17025 & ISO-15779). Aerosol generators shall be listed by Underwriter’s Laboratories (UL) to UL Subject 2775 / EN 15276-1 covering Fixed Condensed Aerosol Systems per NFPA 2010. C. SH-III LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEM Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Conventional Vertical Air terminal Lightening Arrestor, made of 1 inch dia 5 feet length soild 90% or more pure copper rod, positioned above and fixed/joined/welded with 100 MM dia. FRP, 2 Mtr. Length mounted on 100 MM dia. GI Mast, 2 Mtr. Length Class B GI pipe and installing the same on ground including providing GI base plate of suitable thickness at bottom, making plinth, RCC foundation as per technical specification or as specified by EIC or his authorised representative. The structure must be supported by providing suitable no. of Stay wires i/c connecting the stay wires to the GI Pipe, providing and grouting of stays etc. complete as required.
