Part A (Repair & Renovation)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid , 10 liter low level white vitreous china flushing cistern and CP flush bend with fittings and C.I. brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick ready made wooden panelling (T&G) fixed over 12mm thick plywood placed including cornice, polishing with french sprit polish to sofits., linings, ceilings, including scaffoldings and fixing with nails, carriage and dismantling of damaged paneling complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer.

Providing and fixing of glass panes of approved brand and manufacture, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of thickness 4.0mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead : Thickness above 10 mm upto 25 mm
