Materials and Labour for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. undreamed piles & mass concrete complete all as specified. Note:- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separetly.

Materials and Labour for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts & struts complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separetly.

Materials and Labour for form work for rough finished surfaces of concrete side of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns raft and raft beams sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beams and similar work flat, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for form works for rough finished surfaces of concrete to side of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for half brick work in cement mortar (1:4) straight or curved on plan to any radius with locally available Sub class 'B' old size best quality bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path/paving incl applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and finishing the surfaces with spike rolling or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path/paving and finishing the surfaces with spike rolling or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in panels and joints filled with bituminous mastic filling with 1 part of Bitumen and 3 part of sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 10mm deep x 10mm wide, sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified & directed

M & L for forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified & directed

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering levelling and consolidation as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured pre polished (rubber moulded) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with proper jointing, pointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick chequered coloured paver tiles area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc . 0.11 sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the tile over & including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes over brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for Precast RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab , set in CM 1:4 incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channel and drain including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC ( SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in floor/ fixed to wall with suitable size of MS clamps & nuts -bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Materials and Labour for framed work as in steel gate framed and side hung including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolt monkey tail bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth round in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.( Post holes becomes naturally after dismantling post shall not be paid & only new post hole as required at site shall be measured & paid for )

Materials and Labour for Mild steel angle, flat work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe -290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round or square bars 10 mm dia as in tie rod cut to length bend to shape as required for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia MS screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing galvanised steel wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Payment of line wire, bolts and nuts to be paid separately under item No. 43 and 44 above.

Fixing only of chain link fencing incl. line wires any mesh and type to any of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down & re-fixing of chain link fencing incl. line wires any mesh and type to any of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of new binding wire at same or new locations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

Supply and Fix concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) fixed on 'Y' shaped angle over security fencing complete all as specified and directed:- 1. Diameter of concertina coil: 600 mm. 2. Numbers of turns in concertina: 50 to 53 turns. 3. Weight of each coil- 9.5 to 10 kg. 4. Coverage per coil- 6 Rm. 5. Central core Wire - Made of high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS -4454 duly hot dipped galvanized (conforming to IS 2629) with diameter 2.59mm_+0.05mm ,UTS 145-160 kg/sqmm, zinc coating 250-300gms/sqm. 6. Strip :-Electro galvanised steel strip 0.5 mm_+ 0.02mm thick , width 19mm (before wrapping on central core wire) conforming to IS-1573, zinc coating -120gms/sqm and bituminized dipped, width of barbes 11.5mm ,pitch of barbes 25.4mm_+0.20mm. 7. Clips :-AISI 304-1.5 mm thick C and U clips.'C' special type for fixing coil and RBT wire joining. 8. No of clips 125 for each coil. 9. Handle and spikes to be provided as required. Note :- Running length of the fencing shall be measured for payment purpose.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in bed block, coping, cills, steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs and similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement rendering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement after complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless Steel round, rectangular or square tube frame supported with bolts over round 3.00 Mtr long stainless steel tubular leg of 16 gauge with stainless steel bonded clamps. All stainless steel parts should be bright polished confirming to stainless steel grade 304 imposed on section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high intensity reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 3mm thick, revited to frame of square or rectangular tube, Sign board should be reflective with HIP sheet and overlay film of White/Red/Yellow colour with computer cut letters, sign and border complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Stainless Steel frame/MS Frame shall be measured and paid separately)

Materials and Labour for preparation of new / untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm incl preparation of surfaces to new surfaces of wall over & incl one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
