M & L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval and applying 2mm thick brush bond over the concrete syrfaces by mixing acrylic emulsion NITO BOND BB with brush bond powder and water all as per the manufacturer's technical specification complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Glazed, ceramic, coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), as in levellig course, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of aluinium paint over a coat of primer over the top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Complete removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Racking out and cleaning of tiles joints in affected toilet/bath portion (without disturbing the tiles) and applying white cement 1:3 ratio mixed with pigments and water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions to floor & wall maximum upto 1.20m height from floor of affected area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying silicon sealeant on joints of wall, cill, jambs roof etc. with sufficient quantity for proper sealing of joints complete all as specified and directed.
