Taking down light/Fan/5 amp socket/ 15 amp socket point wiring complete including switches, sockets off sizes, light fittings, DBs and all accessories as directed by Engr-in-charge including making good the disturbed surface. (Note:- All dismantelled items shall be the property of contractor as schedule of credit)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 2x1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable complete all as specified and directed at site. Make: Havells/ Legrand/ Polycab/ Finolex.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire. Make: Havells/Leygrand/Polycab.

Supply & replacement of 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole. Make: Havells /Leygrand/ABB.

Supply & replacement of 63 amps rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Make: Havells /Leygrand/ABB.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 20 mm dia, 2.7 metre long, with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. Complete as per standard practice and as specified. (Note: - Testing of earthing shall be carried out in front of Engineer-in-charge and contractor will submit the testing reports of earthing and it should not be more than 5 Ohms. Contractor will not claim extra payment for the same.)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. Nut bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble, excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply and replacing of LED bulb 9 watts Make: Havells/philips/Bajaj.

Taking down defective exhaust fan 300 mm seep size from site and carry it to workshop for repair or repair at site, rewinding, warnishing etc the burnt out motor, replacement of diffective bushes and refixing after completing repair.
