M&L for removing / opening of electric boiler control panel for checking serviceable state of control wiring and switches which includes replacement of minor parts (control wiring and other necessary items for making the panel serviceable) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of mono block electric motor set of capacity 3 HP and taken it to civil workshop for rewinding the motor with existing size of super enamelled copper wire including all necessary insulating material and refixing the moter set at the original position and testing it on full load upto the entire satisfactrion of EIC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transpotation charge of motor from site to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the item rate.
