Sub Head - 1 Operation and Maintenance - Man Power Requirement. Providing Operation and Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations monthly at old terminal building , MT pool , CISF barrack ,cargo division, Approach Road & old and nw Car Parking Lights,including power supply Systems, all Internal & External E. I. of areas mentioned above covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on all days including Sundays & Holidays. The services shall be carried out in 01 shift daily (Minimum Manpower engaged shall be as per special condition attached)

Sub Head - 2 Miscellanious seruices AMC of 250 KWp terrace mounted Solar panels along with inverter and other accessories as complete(Faulty spares will be provided by AAI).

For six month

Decorating City side of Airport with minimum 50 nos PAR Lights , 300 nos Led Rice lights , 20 nos flood lights giving tri colour effects or as per theme dicided by E-I-C during national holidays or festivals.
