Fresh field survey quantity is limited to 15 km of identified corridors. Available survey and network data for the balance proposed 230 km sewer network shall be verified, digitised and incorporated in the hydraulic model without separate payment. Any additional fresh survey beyond 15 km shall be undertaken only with prior written approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope includes permanent features, roads, drains, crossings, buildings, existing sewers/manholes, water-supply pipelines and other utilities; connection of benchmarks to Government benchmarks wherever available; recording ground levels, invert levels and hydraulic features; preparation of plans, contours, L-sections and cross-sections; GIS-compatible coordinates; editable DWG, Excel and PDF files; and three signed hard-copy sets. The agency shall be responsible for the accuracy of field measurements and shall rectify omissions or errors at its own cost. The rate includes labour, qualified survey personnel, equipment, transport, processing, drawings, reports and all incidental expenses, excluding GST. Survey deliverables shall be accepted only after field verification and approval by the Engineer-in-Charge. The agency shall coordinate with CMC Sirsi and concerned utility-owning departments and shall not damage public or private property while conducting the survey. 2 est02 Preparation of detailed hydraulic design and design report for the complete gravity sewer network of approximately 230 km, including lateral, branch, main, trunk and outfall sewers, using approved hydraulic modelling software and spreadsheet analysis in accordance with the latest CPHEEO Manual, relevant BIS standards and KUWS&DB requirements.
